I rarely ever have any issues since they take care of my preventive service, but if I did, I know they will take care of me right away. I have used Neese Jones for many, many years (>10 years.) They have always been very professional and courteous, as well as performing an outstanding job! In fact, they have saved me a couple of thousand in repairs! (In my experience, They will never tell you that you need a repair when you don’t. And, this was put to the test last year: An HVAC repairman from a rival service told my mother (80) that she needed to replace and/or repair a major component of the HVAC for almost $3000. I had Neese Jones look at it and I was informed that it didn’t need to be repaired or replaced. He corrected the problem for less than $150. And, the AC continues to work very well to this day.)

What a super company! Neese Jones has earned our business going forward. AC went out on a Saturday evening and they came out the next morning and found and fixed the issue on both our upstairs and basement units. Russell was super nice and explained everything and the price was a great value.

I have used Neese Jones for close to 10 years in two different houses. Their annual service contract is reasonable and the service guys are all polite and competent. And I often get the same one several visits in a row.

I have had them install 2 full systems and the compressor only on a third. I bid the first full system and their pricing was competitive. I have been happy with the Carrier products installed and they aren't pushy on the upsell - I bought a mid-level unit for the 2 full replacements but a more basic unit in the compressor only replacement. They would talk about costs and benefits relative to the Atlanta weather and our usage patterns.

Would recommend and have recommended to friends.
