We have been using Neese Jones for several years now and are very happy with their services. We have had everything done from new systems installed to new ductwork to maintenance work. Recently, when a brand new unit worked fine but had a loud annoying squealing noise, Neese Jones stood by their 100% satisfaction guarantee and replaced the entire outside unit. I have to especially call out Cody, who was extremely nice and patient every time I called with my complaints - and I called a lot! He was always responsive and polite. When the technicians tried but couldn’t stop the noise, they came and replaced it. This company is top-notch and I highly recommend them.

I inquired on an annual maintenance contract. Great value. Technician Billy was in the area and stopped by within the hour. Preventative maintenance. He changed the filter, reseated the blower fan, blew out the A/C drain, installed a drain coupler...all for the one-time charge. Super helpful, friendly, and most of all knowledgeable. Could not recommend more highly.
