I appreciate the professionalism of the schedulers - giving priority to repairs and customers on the annual maintenance program. Technicians are also highly competent. Mike is one technician who has provided multiple services in our home. He is very conscientious and thorough.

Keith is a wonderful service person, great at assessing an HVAC issue as well as estimating work required to improve the situation. He has been here several times. Today he assessed a possibly faulty thermostat as well as determining whether a small office in the basement could also have a heat/air vent installed. The answer was “Yes!”. If you have a question about your hvac system, Keith can answer your questions.

I called them concerned about a potential problem with regard to an HVAC drip tray and my concern that it might overflow and leak through the ceiling. They were very kind, responsive and professional. They came out within a couple of hours, did a careful check, and assured me that everything was in order. They did not try to take advantage of the situation by saying that the previous technician from a different company had done a bad job. I was very impressed with their integrity, responsiveness and level of professionalism. I would absolutely recommend this company. Half my neighborhood uses them and I can see why.

I'm in the process of selling my home and a few things came up on the home inspection that needed to be addressed. I'm pleased to report that Neese Jones updated a gas sediment trap for a gas furnaces they installed last year. The company was extremely responsive, correcting the issue the very day I called. While they were out to my home, they also installed a strap support for my hot water tank's horizontally mounted expansion tank (free of charge). My total invoice was $0.00 and 2 items on my home inspection report were repaired. I am delighted in the responsiveness and service I received from their technician Alan Bennett.
He really went above and beyond to make things right and address the inspection report's findings. Well Done!

How does it cost 89.00 dollars for a service fee to show up for both units being down, finding the cause of two faulty capacitors, re-pacing them and billing me a total of 545.00 dollars all in a timeframe of approximately 37 minutes? I feel like my wallet got lifted while I watched. Shame on Neese Jones. Not a happy customer….

This technician, Anthony, was EXCEPTIONAL!! He found a small "puddle" in the basement crawl space and found the source from the upstairs kitchen faucet and fixed!! WAY above and beyond. As for HVAC work, was very through and informative! BRAVO!
