Of course on the hottest day of the year so far, my ac went out. Neese Heating and Air Conditioning came out quickly and found the problem. Even though a part was needed, the tech was able to bypass it to get us air until the part could be replaced. Hands down a great company with excellent employees and leaders.

Wanted to give a shout out to Mike Torney who serviced our units today. He did a very thorough and professional job at our house today. He is a valuable asset to his company no doubt!

Both Cody and Logan were courteous, professional and honest. Rather than try to sell me something I don’t need, they listened to my concerns. If I ever need to replace any hvac system, I will be calling them!

Excellent work from start to finish. Professional and knowledgeable with an acute attention to detail. Helped explain all facets of AC system and operation. Respectful interaction and left our home as clean as they found it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEESE.

From diagnosing to repair options to installation of a new condenser coil, Neese & Jones had everything taken care of/DONE within 24 hours (new part had to be picked up north of ATL). System is now back to 100% functioning. Both phone and in person team members were very professional, knowledgable, and respectful. Happy to keep this team as our "GO TO" for all HVAC needs.

Our heater went out on one of the coldest days of the year. We have a maintenance plan with Neese Jones, so we called for service and were pleasantly surprised when she said they would send a technician the same day despite having 100 people on the list. She added that they did not want any of their customers to be without heat. Mike arrived in the early afternoon and was able to fix the problem quickly. He was extremely professional, explaining what happened and how he was able to resolve the situation. We highly recommend Neese Jones Heating and Air. Kudos!

We have a semi-annual maintenance plan with Neese-Jones as they we’re responsible for the install in our new home. They’ve always been pleasant and helpful in setting up our appointments. Today’s technician, Zach, went above and beyond to make sure we could have our maintenance inspection performed today- even in bad weather.
