Neese Jones has been fantastic for us. We were a new build, they did the initial install. Service/maintenance has been really great the last 5 years. Always responsive, polite and prompt. Great techs.

Thank you Neese for coming to our rescue. I received a $2500 quote from another company to fix my AC for a leaking coil. I called Neese for a second opinion. Zach Strickland came out and said the issue was not a leaking coil but a broken valve. He fixed the broken valve for $550 (included the trip charge, leak assessment, new valve and labor). I will be switching all my accounts to Neese!

We were moving into a new house and wanted a new AC unit to cool the upstairs better the next day. They showed up, diagnosed, made recommendations, offered reasonable pricing and installed next day. A+ experience. Couldn't be happier.

Our furnace went out on 12/23. We had major holiday plans with our family. Dewey, the owner, responded immediately on Friday even though there was limited personnel working. He did all he could to assist us over Christmas weekend with multiple house visits and texts... remaining in constant contact as parts were being sourced. He even provided space heaters. The office personnel were outstanding, too. Russell, the technician, did an excellent job installing the final parts. My husband and I have never experienced such caring service from any business! My original time for service was in the morning I forgot all about it even tho I had it on my calendar. Jennifer called me and kindly rescheduled my appointment for later that same day in the evening. I really appreciate their kindness and understanding. The technician arrived around 6:00 pm and did an excellent job. He performed the maintenance to our units with care, as if I was his first customer of the day. Very respectful of our home, and my garden. Very professional and knowledgeable he explained what he will being doing and I can tell he enjoyed his job he smile the whole time. Then when it was time to pay the bill he had the latest technology “the tap” it was quick, safe and simple. Thanks Neese Jones HVAC, I highly recommend your company. 😀
