Our heater broke and our mom had flown in from Florida, They were here in 30 minutes had to order a part and returned the next day for repair! Their customer service is 5 star! Same with their techs! Great company!!

I’ve been using Neese Jones for a few years since receiving a referral from a general contractor that uses them. They maintain my systems and have done repair work and now replaced an aged system. They were responsive in diagnosing the failure of the old system and helped me evaluate the pros and cons of repair vs replacement. I ultimately opted to replace which they were able to do within 2 days of my decision to purchase a new system. The installation crew had a long day and didn’t arrive until about 4 pm but worked until the system was replaced and up and running. They could have easily called it a day and pushed me off until the next day, but didn’t. They are a professional team from top, down.

Mike did an awesome job. He arrived on time and went straight to work. He showed me some areas to improve our system. He even changed the battery in our attic smoke detector!!! Definitely strongly recommend Mike!!

My central air died on me on a very hot Saturday afternoon in July. I called the after hours number and a very professional operator took the info and said a repairman would call back within an hour. The repairman did call me and was able to work me in the next morning. He was very kind and professional. He was able to get the A/C going temporarily but gave me the bad news that I needed a new unit. This did not come as a surprise however since the unit is 20 years old. Neese Jones has earned my repeat business.

they tried to fix our Ac unit one day and they left
unsuccessful. and mind you it was the hottest day of the year then the next day they came back they tried to fix it and they busted a pipe and our whole house flooded and now we have to sue them

Zach came out to service my HVAC today and he was beyond professional! He was very meticulous in his work and made sure to explain to me thoroughly the solution. He's a great representation of the company and truly exemplifies great customer service!
