My senior mother needed extensive plumbing repairs.. After trying to line up plumbers multiple times an having them cancel at the last minute, I called Premier. While not primarily a plumbing company, they we a pleasure to work with. They had someone out at the condo within hours and had the work lined up for the next business day. Their plumber was the most knowledgeable, hard working and polite individual you could have asked for. He followed all safety protocols, stayed late to finish the job, and left the work area cleaner than when he arrived! My only regret, I wished I had called them a week earlier!

Adrian was absolutely professional, strait forward, and helpful! 100% honest and communicated every step of the way. Completely satisfied with our service!

He has been to my house on several occasions, always knows what the problem is and fixes it with no hassle! Remembers myself and boyfriend by name, and even our dogs. Some of the best customer service man out there.

Chris & Jason came to clean the ducts & vents after the installation of my new AC. There was a problem after installation but Chris was very effective, professional & timely in coming to fix the situation. These guys are committed to making sure your services are done correctly and timely.

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Benny educated me on the entire installation of a new compressor. Knowing what I’m paying for and not just being quoted a price that I don’t understand. Benny made the whole experience of fixing my ac a pleasant one. I joined the membership at ac premier and can now rest assured knowing I will be taken care of. Kudos again to Benny, he is the Best in this industry and I recommend him to all.

Premier Comfort Services is an outstanding air conditioning/plumbing installation and maintenance company. Based on several years of experience with them, I would highly recommend them for their high quality work at a reasonable cost. They are extremely reliable and professional and go beyond the norm to satisfy the customer. In particular, high praise goes to technician Adrian Young who was such a pleasure to work with and reflects the high professionalism of the company.

I rated a 4 star not because the service was subpar from the technicians but becuz the cost to clean our dryer vent was a bit pricey. We also had out water pump serviced while they were here. Nonetheless, the quality of service from Jason and Jose did not disappoint. They were thorough and professional. Before moving forward on any work they gave me the estimate. They were careful and cleaned up after themselves. I did not join as a member but would recommend to a friend or family looking for quality service.
