Adrian Young was polite, professional at all times and answered my questions. I have recommended him to several of my neighbors but never had the occasion to have to call him (Premier) for service. Glad I did!

I will recommend Premier to anyone who needs A/C service! I chose Premier because they have an A+ rating with the BBB. Their charge for a service call on a weekend was very reasonable. They send an email when the tech has been dispatched, along with a picture and bio. They are punctual. Their techs even wear "booties" on their shoes when they come inside so they don't track dirt on the floor! Sofia, who took our call, was most courteous. Fred Myers, our technician, was a delight! He was professional and courteous and explained everything clearly. I believe an employee's appearance reflects on its employer. Fred wore a clean uniform and clean shoes and his overall appearance was that of a consummate professional. You can't go wrong with Premier! From now on, they are the A/C company I will use and recommend!

David was extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. Took his time to explain each observation and recommendations for improved efficiency. On the other hand their services are extremely pricey even with a Club Discount. The 15% discount offered with club membership is a wash since the discount is based on overly inflated prices.

What an amazing company. Adrian was kind, thorough and professional. He took the time go through each step along the way. He was detailed, cleaned as he went and took his time. Prior to our appointment we received a text with his bio and ETA of his arrival time. Highly recommend this company!

Jason was very knowledgeable and so very pleasant to speak with. Waiting on pricing as I have a few items that I need to be installed. If I do use Premier I will request Jason do the work.

The technician, Chris, was very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain in detail every aspect of the company’s guarantee and the description and workability of multiple types of air conditionings that he recommended as per my request. Very patient guy because I asked a lot of questions and he graciously took the time to explain. However, I think their prices are steep.

Jason & Manuel showed up 1st thing in the morning. They were pleasant, quick, efficient & knowledgeable in their work. Would recommend highly!!!

Great AC company. I had some issues with one particular technician, complained to management and the problem was taken care of right away. I even received an apology directly from the owner of the company, which really meant a lot to me. Every other technician that I dealt with from that point on was super professional. They completed my AC replacement in 1 day. passed inspection with no problem. This company stands behind its work and is not afraid to deal with a problem head on. Their customer service is on point and the owner Christ doesn't tolerate none sense from his contractors and hold them accountable for their actions. This is a great company to do business with. They are professionals. They understand people's situation and circumstances. They take pride in what they do. They are prompt and responsive, and they don't disregard people's complaints.

Pan of HVAC needed cleaning as unit shut off and service technician came to my available time and did a wonderful job. I could not be more pleased. I was advised the whole time of repair and price.
