It was time for my Annual AC Maintenance. Anthony was on time and very efficient as he throughly checked my AC. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me some recommendations that will help maintain the life of my system. I will highly recommend Anthony as a service technician and Premier as a company.

Adrian was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I appreciate the time he dedicated to ensure that we were given the best service, product, and experience. He is by far the best Project Manager that I have seen and the service was fast. I would recommend Adrian and Premier to anyone! Additionally, Howard Hall came out to purify our new system and was also very knowledgeable. Lucas Perri came out to finalize the system for inspection and he did an awesome job. Premier has a great team!

Don’t believe what these people tell you. What they say and what they do are two different things. I have tried many times to speak to a person in authority but I have never been able to do that. Only the gate keeper. There were two things that I was promised that didn’t happen on installation day. Finally I got the infrared light and duct cleaning I was promised It took four different thermostats before we found one that works. I’m still trying to get a copy of my warranty months later and I still have been unable to speak with the boss. BEWARE.

My AC unit was working fine. They offered a free AC tune up. I thought it will make my AC work better. As soon as their tech left, my AC unit stopped working properly. They are scammers, creating problems just to come up with ridiculous quotes to make you do the repairs with them.

The 2 young men, James and his coworker,that installed our AC unit worked very hard and all day long in 90° temp. They were both very knowledgeable and couteous. Their friendly attitude and help with nest thermostat was appreciated.

Jason was exceptional, professional, and overall a pleasant person. He let me know exactly what my system needed and very knowledgeable answering the questions I had. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend premier comfort service.

They are responsive to my A/C maintenance and and issues that arise. In Florida you want to make sure your A/C is working and you have someone dependable when it does not work.
