AC service was scheduled for 2-4 pm I called at 4:53pm and the customer service admitted to a scheduling error. They said they would gladly send a later service person if we did not mind and the service person came later today and the service was completed in one hour. Very professional and reliable company. Definitely recommend this company. Great Customer Service!

Very professional, informative, and thorough… HVAC is difficult for most to understand and the service tech made it very easy to understand what the issue was and what was needed to rectify the issue.

Swaby’s met a great need for our family at a crucial time in our lives. We have a special needs infant who needs very clean air to stay healthy. From the ownership to the technician their team guided us through the process of researching, choosing and installing a much needed air purifying system in our A/C unit. We have peace of mind knowing our children will be healthy and safe because of Swaby’s. We are also going to have Swaby’s do ongoing maintenance to keep it clean and running smoothly.

Had difficulty setting the thermostat on a new air conditioner. Temperature kept fluctuating from 75 to 83. Received speedy and helpful service from Patrick. Now it is perfect.

Showed up for the time slot on time, the technician was very personable, proficient and did a great job cleaning out the system and cleaning up after the work. Reasonable pricing for the work done.
