Both the person I spoke to on the phone and the person who came to the house were very professional and knowledgeable. You can tell that the company takes care with who they hire and makes sure they are well informed. No high pressure sales, just information. I think this was one of the better, if not the best, home repair experiences I’ve had.

Called looking for some AC repair on my daughters appt and First response was the first result with good reviews. Called and the lady was very friendly and was happy to get me a same day HVAC tech onsite. Ralph was the HVAC tech that showed up and was on time and very knowledgeable, friendly and explained what he found in a way i understood and had it working like a top in not time. Prices were very reasonable. Would highly recommend Ralph and First response.

First visit the unit started working when the tech arrived. I had no problem with the tech accept for the fact that after i gave him a very good description of the problem he never checked the start stop cap for failure. After having to call back less then 48 hours later I discovered they are not a 24x7 service. I got the machine and 7 hours later I revived a call from the owner who said he could revisit the issue but not for several hours. The owners attitude about the entire incident was your typical I am a big shot owner and even after admitting that he himself has NO AC knowledge at all proceeded to be what I would describe as no less then pure dee rude. I am going with another company as I would not want to give one more penny to the rich obnoxious owner of this one. He owns several companies by the way....typical man who owns everything but knows nothing...especially customer service..

Miguel was the technician that came out. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. Great guy. I even signed the contract for future assistance!

Great services, follow up closely, Marc the technician is pleasant and knowledgeable answered my questions and concerns, check everything to make sure the central air system is functional. I definitely would recommend use First Response and I will continue to use their services in the future.

Bobby did an amazing job on our installation. Would definitely recommend this company in the future. We called on a Thursday night at 7 PM and they had our unit completely installed by Friday at 2:30 PM.

Chuck and the team we’re awesome. Chuck helped me out during the hurricane when I was bringing my newborn son home. He got up immediately from doing personal things and was amazing. Helpful, and saved me tons of money from giving me the truth about what was wrong with my unit.
Don’t use AIR AROUND THE CLOCK. They will lie to you and do nothing to help. First response is honest, professional and I got an entirely brand new AC Unit installed and purchased through them, mainly because of the trust of chucks good info he gave me on my old unit and the difference of having a bigger unit.

Miguel came to my home within an hour he installed a uv light and did a duct sanitizing, my home smells better and he was very informative in regards to ac service and maintenance. Extremely professional!
