I’ve been renovating homes and condominiums in Palm beach for over 25 years. This company and, Will, the owner in particular are very, very unprofessional. I fully paid for his job yet he did not finish the work. He was very unprofessional with me on the phone and basically hung up on me. Those are the facts. Judge them foe yourself.

They installed an ac coil horizontally on a vertical situation with no drain pan! They should lose their license! Don’t use the service. They do not stand behind their work. They do shoddy work. And they won’t come back to fix it. The facts are the facts... They actually replaced the coil on the wrong AC unit. They cut the pan of the AC handler on an air conditioning unit that They wrongly diagnosed as having a coil leak, when it was another that actually did, so we had to do two! And Most offensive of all, they wouldn’t come back to fix it, even though their own incompetent people created the problem. Avoid. Consumers beware!

Will promptly responded and had a technician arrive within the hour which had the problem solved within minutes. Excellent service. Polite and friendly. Highly recommended.
