Miguel was early, knowledgeable, polite. He explained in detail what was happening with my home a/c unit. Offered cost options for my repair. I decided to go with a new unit and Miguel made it a quick process along with explaining the pros and cons of the units he showed me. I would definitely recommend his services and First response air conditioning.

This company did an amazing job. We replaced all of the duct work and vents in our 40 year old house. This was a huge job. The workmen Osman and Yuniel were so professional and polite. They answered all of our questions and were so knowledgeable. When they were all done they cleaned every thing up immaculately. I would strongly recommend this company. They will do a great job!

I moved in to a home recently and found a leak from my AC unit one evening. First Response scheduled me ASAP for service the next morning. Ralph arrived on time and immediately set to work clearing a clogged drain line. He did a thorough check of my AC unit and found it to be in good condition (much to my happiness). I asked about a maintenance contract and Ralph signed me up for a yearly contract on the spot which was very reasonably priced and will certainly give me peace of mind!

I contacted First Response air and immediately they got me in touch with Chuck. Chuck scheduled a visit to check out my AC ducts the same day, and I have to say that out of all the AC representatives I’ve met throughout the years of living in South Florida, Chuck is by far the most experienced & he is an asset to this company. He answered every question I had on the book and addressed every concern. Talking to him was easy because he wasn’t trying to push unnecessary products, instead he completely understood that my main concern was clean air. I had 40 year old ducts and Chuck showed me how dirty and beat up they were. Luckily I have gone ahead to replace them thanks to Chuck. He was very professional and trustworthy. Absolutely satisfied with First Response AC.

After 3 months of AC issues and 13 techs from the company that installed my new AC 2 years ago, Chuck from first response came out and actually resolved the issue. Thanks first response and more importantly, Chuck! Job well done!

First response has come through again. Brand new AC installed by another company, my coil went. Although it was covered under warranty, we did have to pay labor. Ralph came out and did a fine job on short notice. Thanks again First response. Thanks Ralph for your knowledge and abilities to install in a timely manor.

Ralph is a true expert. Very knowledgeable and super helpful. We had a system freeze up and he came over quickly. He was able to addressed the entire issue and is replacing the system hopefully tomorrow. Highly recommend!
