Bates Air and Heat

Highly recommend! Steven was amazing with my service call that I was having an issue with my ac! Needless to say I have no choice to replace my system or keep a band aid on. So I decided to replace! New system will be installed tomorrow and I will post an up date for system and work!! This is about customer service and fast response time! Update as of 9/7/2021 our new system was installed today! So far everything is amazing and my house feels cooler then it ever has! Not sure of the name of the tech bc I was working but came home and he was here finishing up! Very friendly and went over with us what we needed to know ! Highly recommended! Thank you again!!! 10/10/2022 got home from work and ac wasn't working called and they had a tech out within a reasonable time frame( same day/ within few hrs)Currently had to have Jonathan a tech come out due to our system not working, upon arrival he knew instantly what it was and was able to get us up and running. He was very nice and very informative as well! He also answered questions i had and was very pleasant! Thank you again as this has been a great company!

Kyle did a great job! He worked in a very professional manner and was dedicated to making sure not to leave us in a house at 85 degrees! His level of knowledge was impressive! The response time was great! I called at 3p and they got help out here at 5p!!! That same day we had scheduled an appt with One Hour Heati g and Air.....they were supposed to be here that morning at 8a-12noon. They never showed or called. I would recommend Bates for any of your HVAC needs!!!!

We met Steven at one of the shows at Vero fairgrounds, at the time we didn't need anything but we took his card just in case we ever needed a local guy, that was the best decision we ever made. Since then we have had him help us with 3 different properties in Vero Beach, he is so fair, honest and polite and such a pleasure to work with. You won't be disappointed with Bates Air and Heat!

Had another great experience this past weekend with Bates Air and Heat, our mom lives in a mobile home in Vero Beach and needs the ducts underneath replaced after being flooded out from all the rain, Steven and his team arrived on time, pulled everything out and rather than just putting everything back together they alerted me of a problem recommended me to a handyman to get a sump pump installed before they complete the job. They were also nice enough to tie up the high voltage wires that were laying in the water, this was above and beyond any expectations. They also loaned my mom a portable A/C unit to keep her comfortable while we work on getting everything dry underneath. These guys are the greatest! Thanks again Bates Air and Heat!

Great company will use again. Service technician was very nice and explained everything clearly about what he was doing.

We had our HVAC unit clog and start to flood... I called hoping to get someone in sometime within a week, within 45 minutes of calling there was a technician in our house addressing the immediate issue.

Whenever I get any repairmen to our house, I'm almost always shocked at the price tag, with Bates, I was shocked at how little it was.

We called them for an emergency, we're treated very well, and we'll be using them for all HVAC maintenance going forward.

The work was expertly and professionally performed. I was kept abreast of the appointment, when the technician would arrive, when the work was finished, and the payment app used was seamless. It was my first experience with Bates and I’m very pleased. I highly recommend Bates Air and Heat, LLC.

We had a small Freon leak in our AC, Stephen topped it off at no charge, before we agreed to replace it with him. We were two weeks out on their schedule so he offered to come back and check to make sure we had no issues while we waited. They were on time and very professional with the install. Highly recommended.
