Bates Air and Heat

I don't even know where to start.... I entered my mom in the contest for the ac giveaway and WON... honestly I was kinda nervous about it there being a catch or something, but I called and made an appointment for the owner to come out and look at our system and we talked a bit and then got a call from their office a couple hours later to set up an installation date, which was today. I had Remi and Jonathan as our technicians and they installed the whole system perfectly and was reassuring that there was no catch! I am so grateful for the whole Bates staff! Y'all are amazing! Thank you so much guys!

On the first cool morning of December we decided to turn the heater on just to take the chill off in the house. Unfortunately it came on, but did not produce any heat.
We called Bates Heat and Air and they quickly scheduled a Repair Tech to come to our house.
The Repair Tech, John Nelson, called me to let me know that he was on his way and he then arrived on time within the time window that Bates had scheduled.
John was very polite and professional and got right to work troubleshooting the problem. Within a very short time he had diagnosed the problem and set about correcting it. He explained to me what he found wrong and how he had corrected it.
He checked and rechecked the operation of the unit and the temperature of the heated air several times to ensure that all systems were operating as they should.
He was very thorough, left no mess and called back the next day to make sure the unit was still operating to our satisfaction.
If you are having trouble with your heating and air conditioning unit, we highly recommend Bates Heat and Air. When you call, ask for John. You won't be disappointed.

My ac died on me. With it being an old system I was afraid to call someone to fix it. Thinking they would only sell me a new system. To my amazement Bates did not do that! They found the problem, bad motor. Got me financed on a 12 month no interest loan to get my ac running!
