Bates Air and Heat

Our A/C went out. It was a reasonable service charge and a small repair. The technician had the part we needed on his truck and was able to fix the problem right away.
I searched for 2 years to find a company I could trust and I highly recommend Bates Air & Heat!

I can not say enough positives about Bates ac! I haven’t had too many good experiences with finding a company that follows through after their job is done. So after having my ac unit installed and had a horrible experience (not with Bates) I started to research and read reviews. I was very drawn to Bates as the owner replied to everyone personally! That to me is very important! So came home from work to a very hot house and it was 5:36 on a Friday. I called the office number just expecting to leave a message as it was the weekend. Steven answered and asked for the info on my unit and within two minutes I had a reply back! This was amazing to me as I had been waiting for weeks to find out if my unit was registered and under warranty. Good news was YES! He was ready to come out on Monday morning but have this thing called work that I had to tend to. So Tuesday morning he was here even before the time scheduled. He did a full diagnostic on the unit ordered the coil and also went above and beyond taking care of attention to detail that the other company lacked in doing. The coil took a few days but Steven made sure to reach out and keep me posted on the baby’s arrival. They came out and installed and even did more then what they should have! So glad I found Steven and his company! On a plan to have them service it now and my pup and I are back with our blankets watching hallmark channel. Definitely recommend this company! Have to say also that I was drawn to his company as he is a retired Marine Veteran. Attention to detail! Thank you Steven and your installer that worked so hard to make things right again.

Great communication and prompt scheduling. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain in a manner that eased my wife’s concerns. Look forward to doing business with them in the future as they are now my go-to company for cooling needs.

Signed up for their maintenance program today! The customer service woman was very nice and promptly scheduled our appointment. The tech, John, showed up within an hour and half of calling. He was very thorough and made sure our system was working properly. We are very happy with their services. Thanks so much!

Feb 2023 The owner really cares about his clients and their property. He caught something that had nothing to do with A/C, but could have caused damage to my property and brought to my attention. His partner, the customer service and techs are also top-notch.

A/C stopped working on a Saturday. I was a new customer. Steven was there within the hour and fixed the issue. He also checked the entire system and educated me on the condition of the system. I would highly recommend Bates Air & Heat.
