Bates Air and Heat

Recently needed a new AC. Steven and Brad were great. Steven came out, gave honest opinion about options. We got the AC installed within days and the house couldn’t be cooler! He is thorough, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!!

Bates air and heat have saved us from multiple issues with our unit. When our unit stopped working while we were away on vacation, I called them and they were able to get us in immediately. Their attention to detail and customer service is amazing. If you're looking to replace your system Bates Air and Heat will come out check out your home and help you select the correct unit that will work. Their install team does a phenomenal job with their installs it's nice and clean. They are not the cheapest out there because of the quality you will be getting. You know the saying "you get what you paid for". With Bates Air and Heat you get top shelf service and very high quality work. Worth the extra money for their service. I give them a 10 out of 10 in service and quality.

I had a new AC installed by Bates Air and Heat. They are very responsive and professional from the time I called for an appointment, scheduled their staff to come for quote (price is competitive) to the time they installed the unit. All done in 4 days!
