From start to finish, their standards exceeded my own. I got four estimates, and this was the second highest, but offered many things that made a lot of sense... and, actually, their higher price included the cleaning of the duct work that was not on the table with the other contractors.

This company has a super way of staying in touch via text, email, and phone... You're never left hanging, and you receive pictures of the friendly staff that are headed your way. The wife and I were very comfortable about letting Eddie, Matt, and Jabari into our home.

Matt and Jabari were also fun to hang out with while they did the work. They were very receptive to my nosey curiosity of what things looked like and how things were getting done. They didn't leave me feeling like any of my questions were stupid, and they had great senses of humor. Dan also did a great job of devising a way to securing a hole in our manufactured home skirting that was left behind by the smaller unit that they installed.

A small dent in the side of the new unit that had zero effect on its operation was unacceptable to them, and they went all the way back to the shop for another new one.

I look forward to having them back for further maintenance and recommend them highly for their quality of work and strong communication skills.

I scheduled a maintenance call initially for a tune up. I knew my system was limping, but I had no idea how bad things really were until they shared with me a comprehensive set of photos of the entire system, the majority of which is in the attic. It was necessary to replace the entire system, as it was in serious trouble (too much to list here, but tons of mold, rust, and missing parts that should have been installed in the first place more than 15 years ago).

They installed a new system, added a UV light, cleaned all the ducts, sanitized the entire system, and installed a new thermostat. I can't begin to describe the difference in my home now.

Both crews arrived on time, introduced themselves, and then went straight to work. Attic was 150 degrees, and the house heated quickly to 94 degrees, but they smiled and remained cheerful the entire time. What a great group of professionals.

My insulation in the attic was discovered to be 12 inches below desired levels (no wonder the temp in the house quickly rose to 94 degrees), and they will be replacing that too.

I reached out to Air Doc's because I have known one of their service employees for many years (Matt Nocito), and I knew I could place my full trust in him. I am pleased to say that the company's owner and his crews also have my full trust. I can't imagine doing business with anyone else. The administrative experience (office staff, technology, their app, etc.) has also been outstanding. I am thrilled with the entire experience and at peace now, knowing I don't have to worry about a thing.

Within a few hours Air Doc had us scheduled and a tech kit to our home. Ran was knowledgeable and we realized the previous people we had out took short cuts and did a very shoddy job on our unit impacting its efficiency.

Austin at Air Docs went above and beyond helping us get a new AC for our home. Austin was very cost effective not trying to sell us things we did not need and explained everything clearly. He stayed in constant contact with us during financing then the day of installation.

Between Austin and Jennifer at Air Docs, and Richard at FortiFi we were able to finance only the amount we needed with no pressure to buy unwarranted items.

Only speaking with Austin during the process we were skeptical at first. Due to unforseen circumstances Austin was unable to be present at installation.

But, we could not be happier how these 3 young men, John, Carlos, and Dan did on the installation. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly.

The day of installation went extremely well. John, Carlos, and Dan went above and beyond installing a new AC system, new insulation, new concrete AC stand, John placed a nice AC stand inside the garage, a Halo for air purification, and a UV light to prevent mold growth.

Skeptical about the Halo at first, but it has definitely made our air quality 100% better!!

Carlos and John stayed until the new system was working perfectly (almost til 6PM) and very tidy. They cleaned any mess after the job was done.

John, Carlos and will did an amazing Job today. A different company came out about 5 years ago and installed Our new system and did a horrible job, we had to have airdocs come behind them and do the right job. We got a cleaning of all the ducts with sanitize and a new plenum, coil cleaning as well as a Reme halo and Led light. The guys took thier time and treated our home as if it were theirs. They cleaned up well as if they were never even here. Would 100 percent recommend Air docs for anyone needing work on thier A/C

Eddie is very knowledgeable about the workings of my A/C. He talked and showed me what was going on with my unit. I called them and my AC was fixed quickly, on a weekend for a very fair price. The techs also showed me an issue I never thought I would have in a brand new home, mold! Gross pics attached. Long story short, they gave me a great price, to clean all vents, remove all mold, install a uv light to prevent mold and add air purification system to keep air and vents clean. Happy to share our air quality is now completely dust and odor free. Thank you Air Docs for surpassing all our expectations, your team is the best!!!!!
