Ax was leaking. Discovered the pan was cracked and the contractor that installed the Unit never registered it. The 10 year warranty doesn’t qualify. They quoted us in some other work we discussed and we are planned NG on having some of that work done.

Here's the duct install/repair dream team... Joey, Tyler, Matt, and Jerbari. These guys put in 12+ hours getting all new vent and duct work completed so we could run our AC again. It had to be off all day obviously for all of the work that we needed done, but this crew stayed and made sure it was tip top before they left that evening. All in all, I spent a bit more on this than maybe somewhere else, but between the crew taking so much pride in the work, the guarantee on parts and service, and the quick turnaround time, I'd happily pay a bit more for the peace of mind and quality care this crew put forth. 5 Star service all around. Highly recommend for treasure coast service area.

Very pleased with our experience. Gage arrived within 3 hours of our call, did a quick diagnostic explained the problem and answered all questions. Was very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

The work was performed on a Saturday which really helped out my needs. The technicians who came out called ahead of time, sent messages and pictures of the process being performed and called with a final overview of work completed.

Company came to do routine cleaning today and maintained same professionalism. It's the little things that go a long way and the technician was an excellent representative. Still under my recommend and use criteria.

Very professional from staff on phones to Gage, the tech who came out to do my service. Great company and love supporting a hard working, professional, local business.

Extremely nice & very professional. Did such a amazing job. We called around to several companies and we couldn't even get a call back.we called them and they came out right away for an estimate. We were able to schedule them for the following day to have a new a/c unit put in and have duct system cleaned too. We will be using them again for future projects & referring them to our friends. Air Docs has been great Joe Martino is very knowledgeable answered my questions explained finance options and I was given 3 quotes based on price and services.
Once I made the decision I contacted the office and informed them and I was emailed forms etc for financing completed them online and was asked some financial info. I had approval in a very short time. I was called to schedule the install in just a couple days. Do to Hurricane Nicole I had to reschedule the install.
As it turns out the install was done just 1 day later than originally planned.
The install team headed up by John Laurino did a great job he answered all my questions the guys were polite clean and efficient.
Joe is coming tomorrow to check everything and answer any other questions.
