Brad came to my home for repair, was right on time and found the problem within five minutes. Five minutes later, the problem is solved. The one star rating comes from being charged $387 for a part you can buy on Amazon for between 12 and $20. I understand all companies have to make a profit, however, this is sheer profiteering. I would never consider using them again for this reason, and I certainly wouldn’t consider purchasing a new system, you just can’t trust that pricing.

Called and from beginning to end, it was a great experience. Price is very reasonable, appointment - very quick service and Tech Mr. Gage was a real professional and super friendly. I highly recommend this A/C company.

Joseph was amazing. Instead of seeing us as a sale he treated us like people. Explained everything. Showed us pictures of what he saw. Instead if selling us a sales pitch he asked questions to see what best fit our family. Was extremely helpful and professional. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

My first experience with Air Docs and a pleasant one. My technician Erik was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Checked out my whole system and gave me some much needed information. I asked him to install UV light on his recommendation and he did so really fast. Came out great. I’ll be using Air Docs for all my HVAC needs from now on.

Needed emergency service and they were immediately available same day. Josh showed early and was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He worked efficiently and solved my problem as well as pointing out a couple of other items to improve my system’s functionality. He even saved me some money by performing an unscheduled tune-up while here & I have signed up for their maintenance plan for tuneups every six months. Thanks Josh!!
