I’ve spent the last three years renovating two homes and I’ve worked with Air Doc’s on both. The complexity of the second, a 1963 build, was significant, and the owner Josh was up to the challenge. Between him and his project managers, they devised creative, reasonable-cost solutions to take our air quality from abysmal to excellent, reconditioning three handlers, reducting on two projects, installing three mini-splits, and adding ionizers to all systems. I will definitely continue using Air Doc’s.

Brad came out fast and temp repaired my system until the permanent repair is done. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Air Docs.

The Air Docs team as a whole was absolutely amazing! Everyone that I spoke with were very professional and kind. Our installer Joey was very informative and professional. Joey made sure we were comfortable and knew what was happening through the whole installation process.This was our first experience getting a new system and Air Docs is top notch!

Adam arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He showed me the inside of the AC handling system, and explained what he was doing. He was thorough in cleaning out the drainage and checking the outside unit! Before he left, he emailed us an itemized list of what should be done to our AC unit and a detailed summary of what he did and found.

Anthony came on time and educated us on what had actually happened to our system, and provided tips for avoiding the issue in the future. Very personable!

Gage came to see me and to check out my heating / cooling system. What a pleasant man to deal with. He took his time and answered my questions. I felt he did a thorough inspection. I am having the company come back to do a cleaning and bulb replacement. So far, so good!

Anthony was fantastic! He was prompt, knowledgeable, very pleasant and efficient. I had a great experience having my A/C serviced today. I’m on the service plan and I feel it’s a great value also.

Air Docs scheduled me for same day on a Friday and returned Saturday with the replacement part. Austin was courteous, prompt and professional and communicated throughout the process. Highly recommended.

This company is the absolute worst. I’ve had problems after problems. They damaged my property while installing. I gave them a month because of all the back orders from Covid. I called in to complain and ask what is going on. Their installation crew never made record of the damage they caused. Infuriating. They pushed back my appointment to come check the damage for two weeks. They called the night before to change the scheduled time and still have not shown up. I would not recommend this company whatsoever. Unless you want problems. I would give no stars but google won’t allow you to post without one.
