Advanced Air Conditioning and Heat

Phil and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and caring of their customers! We had a new A/C unit installed by Advanced Air Conditioning and Heat back in 2020 and have had it serviced with them ever since and are 100% satisfied! Kudos to Technician Jay who is the best!!!

We can debate whether this business is very good or perfect .

The argument for very good is Advanced Air installed a new ac for me and also serviced an ac. In both instances their staff was totally competent, clean, efficient and extremely pleasant to deal with. I remain very pleased with their work.

The argument for perfect is a few months ago an ac stopped cooling and I called for service. Before dispatching a technician, the owner, Phillip, patiently led me through a troubleshooting process until identifying the problem and walking me through fixing it. Must have taken 45 minutes on the phone. No charge. Great service. Encyclopedic knowledge. Perfect.

I recommend and thank Advanced Air. I’ve used other companies which were ok but Advanced is better.

I’ve been using Advanced Air for years, when I had to have my AC unit replaced and now for yearly maintenance. They are always friendly, very responsive, and prompt. It’s hard to find somebody dependable and reliable these days and my experience with them has been nothing but positive. I feel they are very fairly priced and demonstrate excellent customer service, which makes it all that much better. I would, and have, recommend them.

It's been MANY years since we've dealt with such a great company. Everyone I dealt with - from the owner, Phil, who gave us seriously competitive pricing and answered ALL of our questions, to the lead tech Jay and Elias, who worked diligently installing my air conditioning system - was super professional, competent, and friendly. They got my installation done in a very short time and every detail is finished perfectly.
