I would like to thank Phil for the his knowledge of the AC. The part we needed was more than a whole unit which other companies were trying to sell us. So he is for the customer and not the money. Our installer/ tech Jay was very personable and a pleasure. I would highly recommend this company .

They were quick to respond to my request to be contacted. After looking over the system, provided great advice on a replacement! He gave options and there was no pressure on which option to choose! I chose the middle system based on its requirements and cost. The team was on time, professional and courteous. Highly recommend them!

I called Phil (owner of Advanced Air) on Thursday in order to find someone who could fix my AC that was malfunctioning and not cooling my home. One of Phil’s employees came out the very next morning and told us that the circuit board was fried and that based on the age of the unit and the fact that there could be other unknown issues, that he would recommend to replace the unit. My second (smaller) unit looked to him like it was functioning ok, but I figured if I had to replace the main unit that it would be something to check into getting both units replaced. The technician charged me $79 and said he could not turn the unit back on. In the afternoon, Phil called me for a quote on getting one or both units replaced. During that call, I did not feel that Phil was really listening to what I wanted and I felt belittled since he asked several times…. If “I am following him”. He said he could install the new units early in the week and that he is the best guy in town, the best price etc. and that his units are the best possible AC one could install. I told him that I would do some due diligence and check with some other providers in the area so that I would know more about the units and what I really need to purchase. I felt pressured and Phil said he was confident that I would be back since no one would be able to touch his pricing and AC quality. He mentioned that some of the other companies only exist because he signed “off” on them and that many of the other company owners used to work for him. Well, long story short… by Saturday that side of my home was getting a bit uncomfortable and I was thinking- well I should get this replaced ASAP. I called another company to come out for another price. The company that came out said the AC was still in fine working order and that it does not need to be replaced right now. He said it’s possible that it might go out at some point (no one knows when!), but he said he felt that the unit has some time left on it! He said the outdoor unit was turned off - so it could not come on. He said that a capacitor was all it took to get the unit going and that there was nothing wrong with the circuit board. Well that awesome company came out on a Saturday morning and replaced the capacitor for free. They charged me for nothing - no service call fee, no cost for the capacitor replacement. They now have a customer for life. I called Phil about my experience - he stated that maybe his technician made an honest mistake with the “fried circuit board” diagnosis. He said he would refund the $79 fee for the service call…. We will see if that refund will ever come back. I would recommend to do your due diligence. Get a second opinion. I am very disappointed with the services I received from Phil and Advanced Air.

Today was the second time that I have used this company for AC repair work. Phil and his team are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Both times I needed work done they were able to schedule me in fast. Highly recommend!

Called Advanced Air on Friday 2/21/2020 for a quote. Phillip said he could be here around 4:00 but was able to get here earlier. He was very nice and explained everything that would be done and gave us the quote. It was a better price than the three other quotes we had gotten from 5 ⭐️ Heating and air businesses!
If we had let him know right then it could have been installed the next day but we waited until later Saturday to except the proposal. He scheduled for Monday at 10:00 am.
Cory and Jay got here on time! They were very nice and courteous and promptly went to work.
When install was complete everything was cleaned up the way they found it and they explained how everything worked!
The inspector was here at 8: o’clock this morning and said they did a great job!
I highly recommend Advanced Air!

We originally chose Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating due to their competitive pricing and prompt response time, and I am so glad we did! They were 100% professional in not only the installation of the ac unit, but the care of our home. Cory was mindful of our pets and explained what he was doing as he went along. He went above and beyond in his detailed explanation of the replacement thermostat, as well as the warranty online registration process. Thanks for a job well done!!
