Phil the owner and Jay the HVAC tech at Advanced Air have been top notch to work with. They have been both helpful and professional in trouble shooting and resolving my AC issue. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Our 10 year old AC Compressor system failed on a Tuesday. I called Phillip at Advanced on Wednesday and was back on line by early Thursday evening with a whole new, and upgraded system. Phil is a very thorough and meticulous owner. He taught me a lot about HVAC efficiency etc in our conversation.. so I was able to make the right choice. The two Techs, Jay and Rick got here at 1:30 and removed the old system in an hour. The AH and Condenser were delivered at 2:00 and these two guys went right to work on the install. I am super impressed with the whole operation. Jay and Rick are extremely efficient, clean and hard working guys who don't stop until the job is finished. My wife and I are super impressed with Advanced. Highly recommended !!

I recently called Phil on a Saturday at Advanced when my A/C was not working. He took the time (and patience) on the phone to walk me through troubleshooting procedures. Unfortunately none worked. He said a tech would be on the way. Less than 1/2 hour later the tech arrived. To my chagrin before the tech arrived the system began to operate. Go figure. I said if needed they could charge me for a visit but Phil said no. The system was working and that was fine. I do not normally write reviews but for Advanced I did. I have also recommended them to friends. If you want a company that is professional, fair and not out to take advantage of you Advanced is the one.

Can’t say enough good things. Had a minor leak due to a backed up pipe and within no time Jay had everything running like new, filters replaced and deep cleaned! I also expressed my concerns about the water leaking from the unit and possibly damaging my grandmothers antiques, so despite my last minute call and being extremely busy with the summer heat - Phil got his team to me right away! Thanks again and you have my recommendation!

The owner Phillip was prompt in providing a very competitive quote for a new central AC replacement. The techs Jay & Rick were on time and worked start to finish. They were efficient, courteous, and did it all without a mess. So glad we called Advanced Air. We highly recommend them!

My technician Jay was a joy to work with and working with them on work and scheduling is wonderful.

On Saturday June 4, 2022 approximately 5pm I became aware that my air conditioner was not working. Initially I thought it was a malfunction with my Google thermostat. But after contacting a Google Nest technician and performing the proper test I realized I had to contact an AC repair technician. I was stressed out because it was the weekend and was not expecting to find anyone working. I called a few well known AC repair companies and recieved no reply . I then called Advanced Air Condition repair and Phil (owner) answered the phone. Phil quickly put me at ease and walked me through procedures to fix AC problem so that a tech would not have to come out. Upon completion of checks I had to make an appointment with Phil to send one of his Tech's for the next day.
Sunday June 5, 2022 Rick (tech) came to my home (on time) analyzed my AC and found the problem. Rick explained what had to be done and why he had to do it. He also explained the fees involved. Rick was so thorough in his explanations of what had to be done. I was put at ease knowing Rick was doing the right thing and that the price was right. I highly recommend Advanced Air Conditioner and Heating.
