Advanced Air Conditioning and Heat

Purchased new home yesterday. Discovered HVAC with AC on in the house was putting out a lot of water. Pan under the unit was accumulating water. Called Advanced Air late morning, they came out this afternoon. The condensation line was clogged as it appeared the unit had not had regular maintenance. Jay took care of everything. Disaster avoided!

Very nice technician and helpful. Since I had the new AC installed three years ago, I have had no problems and when I make an appointment for the maintenance they are there when they say they will be.

Prior to calling Advanced Air, I had another company come and service my moms air conditioning unit. Unfortunately, they did not do their jobs correctly. Being a business owner myself I know the value of integrity and a sense of urgency. Recently one of my landscapers nicked a coolant line to an AC unit forcing the system to evacuate all of the coolant. I called and spoke with Phil who got Jay out as quickly as possible. Called wanting to get my AC unit maintenance done. They were able to get me in the queue quickly and responded fast to my questions. Tech showed up a few minutes before the scheduled appointment and quickly attended to my AC equipment. I liked the fact there wasn’t any sales pitches. Just simply maintained and went through the system with me on things I can do to help with efficiency and some self maintenance to save me money! Great staff and service.
