USAir and Heat

We had my niece and her family come stay at our house while we were in Michigan in July and the ac went out. I called Mitchell Stauffer and he sent one of his team members out within a few hours and boom AC!❄️ The bonus was, it was still under warranty. We had no idea. Very pleased!😁

Recently had two issues with our AC, one right before a big party. Both times a technician came out ASAP and fixed the problem quickly. Staff are very friendly and always professional. This company has done great work for us!

Installation was very well done although a little pricey. Service after the sale has been non existent. I have left messages with the answering service a dozen times over a 3 week period and have had no call backs.
