Bloomingdale Air

My wife and I found Bloomingdale A/C by pure luck and we are happy we did.
We both are fairly new to the Brandon area and when our A/C started leaking we called and David, our tech. He very clear on what he was doing and explained what was happing as he fixed our problem.
Service was right away with out waiting.
We both recommend Bloomingdale A/C.

We have used Bloomingdale Air for years. They always work us in even if they are crazy busy. Their customer service is wonderful. They take their time to make sure all the work is complete and thoroughly explain what was done. We will continue using them for years to come.

Our experience wasn't the best with bloomingdale air. Seriously thought we called the wrong company. Only reason my husband called was because I had just had surgery and our warranty service was going to take a few days to come out, mid August. So a technician came out, found the problem but wouldn't warrant a $900+ repair. Said better just to replace our 12yo unit. So we asked for 2 quotes, 1 install and 1 install moving the air handler out of the rafters. Following day my husband gets an email that they can do neither. The job is too big. Sorry call this other company. So our $100 was just gone, no repair, no replacement. Young kid from Sears home warranty fixed it without much problem, replaced a copper tube.

Bloomingdale Air was Awesome. They came out and completed my 6 months AC check up. I will definitely have them come out to complete my 6 months AC checkup every 6months. They're the best.

AC was short cycling, turning on and shutting off without cooling our home. Called Bloomingdale Air about 6:15 pm thinking maybe someone could come in the a.m., to my surprise I was told a tech would be reaching out to me shortly. David was in the area and said he would come right over. He diagnosed the problem and was able to quickly take care of the issue. He also answered any questions I had and explained everything he did. Great service!!!

Really glad I found Bill and this company. I appreciated that when I called with my problem, I was able to speak to the actual person coming to diagnose my AC problem. My blower suddenly stopped working and Bloomingdale Air was the first company I called and Bill was knowledgeable, easy to reach and punctual. He understood my situation and squeezed me in same day, that was important to me. He is Trustworthy and didn't try to sell me anything else. He fixed my problem and got my AC working as soon as parts were in. They also have a warranty service with all their repairs which provides me a piece of mind. Will be using them for future maintenance needs especially with their 8a-8p availability!

Sean at Bloomingdale Air has got to be the BEST AC TECH in the area!!! He is very thorough in diagnosing the problems and solved everything with very affordable repairs.When he came out he also identified a very serious wiring issue that I had just paid another local electrician to fix. I recommend Bloomingdale Air to everyone that is looking for a company you can trust,which is so hard to find these days. Bloomingdale Air IS the company for all your AC and Heat services. The above review is an update from services rendered today,June 13,2017. I have removed my previous negative review. I hadn't even noticed Mr. Carver's response. Yes-thank you for admitting we are in a world of "things happen sometimes".I am so glad we got past all that because when Sean came out to service my AC-I realized I was dealing with a company very different than any other.IN A GOOD WAY!!! You guys deserve more than 5 stars. We have been living without AC for over a year -have been told every lie under the sun by several other AC companies and couldnt afford the cost of their repairs. I was at my wits end and decided to try your company again since no one actually ever came out the first time. I'm so glad I did because as I am typing this I'm sitting in a cool house for the first time in over a year and I could afford the repair!! Thanks Bloomingdale Air!! I have to suggest that you wrap Sean's truck with that cool logo since he is an excellent representative for your company!!

I chose Bloomingdale Air because of their reviews, and was not disappointed! David was on time, professional, and explained everything as he went. David came to diagnose and fix our issue, not as a salesman....very refreshing. Thankful we found 'our AC company' for any future needs.

Been using BA for 16 years. Have had them install 3 units in 3 different houses over the years and annual servicing. All of the service technicians have been great. I highly recommend them to anyone who’s asked about a good, trustworthy AC company. Once again, this year, great job to all, from scheduling to the service tech.

Technician arrived within the scheduled time and provided a professional tune up/spring service on my unit. I’ve used Bloomingdale Air for the last 4 years and have always been happy with them. Highly recommend.
