Bloomingdale Air has excellent customer service! Jennifer promptly returned an after hours voice message that I left and expedited same day service! Bill the A/C repairman arrived, diagnosed the issue, fixed the unit. He gave very helpful suggestions to maintain the exterior unit in a very understandable, genuine and professional way! My air conditioner was repaired before noon, very pleased! -Mitchell

Incredible experience every time. Sean is the best. Extremely knowledgeable and honest. He came to my house almost two years ago and remembered every issue I had. I had him out today thinking I would possibly need to replace my entire unit. Most companies would say yes to try to get that business. He was honest and said I don’t need it right now and I should look into new/upgraded insulation. If you need an honest company... look no further.

The team at Bloomingdale Air are great! I called this morning for an appointment and was lucky enough to get a spot. David was courteous and explained what the problem was. He promptly addressed the issue and I'm back to a nice cool house. This is my third experience with David and Bloomingdale Air and would highly reccomend to anyone.

A/C blowing but no cold air. No problem. Call the folks at Bloomingdale Air (phone answered on 2nd ring). Technician gets scheduled, shows up on time, diagnoses problem and repairs it on the spot. Professional, courteous and fast. These guys are the BEST. Very satisfied customer.

These guys saved the day for me when my heat pump decided to blow a capacitor late Saturday night. We toughed it out overnight and gave Bloomingdale A/C a call Sunday morning. They came out and got our system up and running before the NFL games started at 1pm. We have been using this company for our maintenance needs for the past 3 years and will continue to do so for the outstanding value, and reliable and awesome work quality and customer service.

He has always put us first and always made sure to recommend the most economical solution to our a/c problems. We routinely recommend him to all our neighbors and friends, and are pleased to do so again here after yet another good experience today.

David came out immediately and inspected our unit. He put together a very reasonable quote for the repairs needed. I even had another company come look at it and put together an estimate and Bloomingdale Air's was better. I highly recommend their services.

Excellent service! My AC wasn’t working & my other company couldn’t come out for 2 days so I called Bloomingdale Air & their tech called me back in 5 min & said he could be at my house in 30min! He was thorough & checked out the problem from all angles. The cost was much less than I was expecting & I will definitely be using them from now on. Thanks!
