Outstanding service and company. We interacted with Jennifer, Nicholas and Billy - the three of them were extremely professional, helpful and amiable. Billy came to our house multiple occasions to fix our issue, as it ended up being bigger than expected. Billy is very knowledgeable and oozes honesty and integrity. He explained to us every step of the process and made sure we ended up with a functioning AC system at the end. Our kids absolutely loved Billy and were sad he had to leave to go have dinner with his family on a Saturday evening. We whole heartedly recommend this business for all your AC/heating needs and will 100% be using them in the future for regular maintenance services. Our 17year old AC system stopped working and we called Bloomingdale Air since they have repaired our system before. Bill came right out (we happened to live near him) and diagnosed our problem. “Your compressor died and with this age of system your AC is no longer repairable.” Bottom line... we needed a new system. The next day Bill brought us two portable AC’s to help keep our house comfortable while we wait on the new system to arrive. He gave us 4 different options for replacement units and we picked one out that matched our budget. Bill was very professional, helpful, and informative. Justin was our installer, and he arrive on time and installed our new AC in half a day. Very professional, clean and friendly! Justin’s attention to detail and quality of install were better than when the AC was originally installed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience considering we weren’t expecting to have to buy a new AC system. We stayed comfortable and informed the whole week. Thanks Bloomingdale Air!

Earlier this week we turned the air down to 75 but it wouldn’t drop past 82 so I called Bloomingdale Air and they had their tech, David, call back to discuss the issue. David called back within 20 minutes, listened to the issue and quickly deduced that it was likely a shortage of Freon but he’d need to check. I was ready to have to “suck it up” for a week or so to get on his schedule but he was in the area and came out, inspected, and added the 3 pounds of refrigerant needed that day. Wait… what?! Yep, you heard it right the first time… THAT day! He added a UV dye as well in the event there was a slow leak so, if he had to come back out, he could easily identify and fix it. Seriously, I don’t think it’s possible to get better customer service! Thanks David and Bloomingdale Air; you’ve got new fans here (pun intended, of course)!

Bloomingdale Air is hands down the best AC repair/maintenance company we have ever used. They make sure to take excellent care of their customers. We use them for our yearly maintenance, but recently needed a repair when our AC went out on a recording breaking hot day. They responded quickly, gave us honest answers, and were even able to help get our unit fixed the same day. We were so grateful. We highly recommend Bloomingdale Air!

July 2020 my AC stopped working at the hottest time of the hottest month! Of course, many other people also had AC problems at the same time.

I called Bloomingdale Air on a Tuesday and my special order part was installed the following Tuesday. Considering the part and ordering time from the factory, I am very pleased.

I received professional, competent, and friendly service from the wonderful lady in the Bloomingdale Air office who took my call and Senior Tech David who came out the day after I called and then installed the special part when it arrived. He obviously was highly skilled, very orderly in his work, and a great guy too.

David called before he came, showed up on time, fixed the problem so that I am writing this from a cool house!

Price was less than I expected, quality more.
