Bloomingdale Air

Used Bloomingdale AC for 2yrs for regular maintenance. No complaints. Good Maintenance but the techs never said anything about the excessive condensation around the handler and subsequent mold. When we noticed the issue, we reported an issue with the ducts immediately. The guy who came out knew nothing about duct work, informed us it would probably be too much work for Bloomingdale AC and then said he would follow up with us but never did. We cancelled our maintenance contract as a result and are now using a company that can handle all our issues... Big and Small.

We truly appreciated the timeliness, professionalism and friendliness of Bloomingdale Air and in particular David. We respect his expertise with our American Standard unit. I would not hesitate to recommend David and Bloomingdale Air. It’s nice to be able to trust in their service.

Fair price, professional and courteous. David had my air up and running in no time.

6/8/2020 All I got to say is that Bloomingdale Air is great. My AC started acting up again today. David came right out and diagnosed the problem. He is on his way to get the part and will be back tonight to fix it. I couldn't ask for better service.

This may be the best emergency service process I have been through. The tech was amazingly pleasant and understanding. He came out within a few hours of receiving our call. He was extremely knowledgeable, not only getting our AC up and running but giving us amazing advice on the upkeep and outlook of our current units. He went way above and beyond what I expected. I could not be happier.

David is a rockstar. Diagnosed our problem quickly and gave us several options to repair or replace. Great communication over several days and was never pushy to get a big sale. Will definitely use again!

We used Bloomingdale Air again in February 2019. We had David as our technician again. He truly is the greatest as well as the company. I can not stress enough that if you have any problems with your AC unit that Bloomingdale Air is the only way to go. You will never regret it!!

David was polite, patient and thorough. He was able to pinpoint the leak in our air handler (A-coil). He suggested repair, so we're moving forward with replacing the coil, replacing the air dryer and correcting the existing drain line so it'll be easier to maintain. We are also considering installation of a Reme Halo or an Apco X+. Thanks, David! 👍

I had a new A/C system installed by Bloomingdale Air this month. The install looks magnificent and runs great. I gave this company 5 stars for the install, their professionalism, and responsiveness to my calls with immediate follow ups. Everyone include their office staff receiving my calls were great! Thank you David and Bill for the wonderful install and taking the worries away. I highly recommend Bloomingdale Air!

A couple of days ago we needed service at night and the first company could not help. I called Bloomingdale Air fifteen minutes before they closed and got Bill on the line. He didn't have anyone available but said he would come after he closed the shop. He did and replaced a part for a reasonable price. We had air working again thanks to Bill and his compassion. I recommend Bloomingdale Air to everyone!

Bloomingdale Air means integrity, knowledge and service at competitive prices! In Florida it is never pleasant to be without air conditioning. However, when experiencing those unpleasant life events, we would not consider using any other HVAC service company than Bloomingdale Air! We have been customers with Bloomingdale Air for the past 15+ years. Recently, we had to retire one of our systems after 16-years of almost continuous use. I had assumed that Bloomingdale Air would simply read the information off of the existing unit, price and install. I could not have been more wrong. The attention to detail in sizing the proper replacement system included measuring each room, inspection of our duct work, and taking into consideration many variables unique to our home. Combined with a superb installation, a competitive price, what more could one expect! After the new system had been installed Bloomingdale Air advised us to monitor our power usage. The efficiency that we realized in our new system was a very pleasant surprise! We had one month where our electric bill was less than $80 which was less than half for that time of the year. Job well done, guys! Very satisfied customer!
