Called them with a concern. The technician was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. Turned out my concern wasn’t warranted and he saved me a $99 diagnostic fee so I decided to have maintenance done the following week. He came at the appointment time and serviced my AC system. I will definitely use them again.

What I like the most of Bloomingdale Air is how they empower their senior technicians to become an agent of the company, and they deliver... once they assign a technician to the job I have their cell number and email with their devoted attention to follow up schedules and any questions I have: technical and office related as well. One person takes care of you and iis there to install your unit. I feel like I am dealing with the owner of the company. I won't be surprise if their senior technicians have a stake in the company. Great job David!!!!!

Or AC went out so we chose Bloomingdale Air because of the great reviews. So glad we did. David was fast, friendly, affordable, knowledgeable, and communicated well as to when he would be able to make the repair. He beat his estimate by three hours. Thank you David and Bloomingdale Air.

I called Bloomingdale Air because I suspected my Air Handler was leaking. I called them on a Thursday morning and they came out that afternoon. They performed a diagnostic check and found that the evaporator coil was leaking. They ordered the part and installed it the next day. The price was reasonable and the service was quick. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing their A/C serviced or repaired.

Great response from Bloomingdale air. They came out in 1 hour and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Bill Carver, the tech, was fantastic and explained what had happened. The price for the fix was great and will continue to use them in the future.

I am not one to leave reviews but my experience with Bloomingdale Air has been nothing but outstanding.

Bill came out to my house at the end of March to fix a clogged drain issue in my A/C that was causing my outdoor unit to shut down and the interior of my house to get exceedingly warm. He was quick and professional then and I would have recommended them to anyone!

However, today (July 1st) the same issue started happening in the afternoon. Our house was soon at 85°f and rising. I called Bloomingdale Air around 5 pm, they contacted Bill and he was at my house by 645.

He cleared my clog again and refused to take payment saying it shouldn't have been clogged that soon after the last service. For him to work all day then to come do that free of charge is a reason I will be a customer as long as I live here.

Sean was great! I initially found someone else to fix my AC but after talking with Sean via phone I canceled the other appointment and waited for him to come the next day. Via phone he was very honest and nice which was confirmed when I met him. Very professional and honest guy! I'm so happy I canceled the other appointment with the other company and I felt their price was fair. They have earned a lifetime customer. Thanks so much!

I was having issues with another company that installed my unit and where my warranty was under, they would never show up on time for an appointment and in three cases just blew me off in two cases showed up 2 days later. My issue lasted around 20 days until with the other company until I called Bloomingdale Air, David showed up right when he said he would be there and diagnosed 4-5 issues and the main issue with my air system in under 30 minutes and had my system working again in short order. David also found a Major issue where the company reused the float switch from an old system they were supposed to replace where 1 it was not wired and 2 it was faulty when he connected so he replaced that which will prevent an overflow of drainage. A++++++++++++++ service and knowledge. Would recommend anyone having any issue with their AC to call Bloomingdale Air right away to get it fixed right the first time. They have earned a customer for life.
