National air warehouse is the perfect and cheapest price to purchase your ac units. I bought my heat pump and air handler and came real quick. It was packaged really good and came with in a few days. Didn't have to pay extra. I totally recommend National air to all of u.

I purchased a Goodman HVAC unit from National Air Warehouse in April 2021. I purchased an 80,000 BTU furnace and they sent me a 60,000 BTU furnace but the A coil was for an 80,000 BTU so it won’t fit the furnace. I contacted National Air and they will not take back the furnace and send me an 80,000 BTU furnace to match up with the A Coil unit. Now I have to buy another furnace at around 1095.00 and all National Air has to do is take back the wrong unit and send me to correct one. I even offered to pay to ship the unit back.

Buying an A/C unit couldn't have been easier than it was dealing with these guys! I called to verify the package unit I wanted was in stock, payed over the phone, shipping and liftgate service were included in the great price. The unit arrived in good condition and packed very well. I highly recommend National Air Warehouse and would definitely buy from them again!

Customer service treated us decent, the website was straight forward, and the shipping was under 7 days.

The only problem we experienced was that they shipped us the wrong type of condenser.

We called to try to fix the matter and were told by Matthew that they would exchange the the condenser on a pro rate so long as we paid for the shipping back.

.... it costs $430.00 to ship back.

I received a damaged severely damaged heat pump. I followed the rules for getting a delivered damaged code and immediately contacted them. They said they would file a claim and issue a refund. After months they eventually would not respond and never resolved the issue. These guys are shady. Stay away from them.

Very fast shipping and amazing customer service. Product i originally ordered was found to be not in stock, they called me and found something else comparable tgat could be shipped right away. I received my furnace in less than a week of my original order.

I ordered an air conditioning unit 6 weeks ago and not only has it not been delivered, they cannot even tell me an estimated delivery time. I ordered a Goodman Air Conditioning unit on 7/1/2020 in large part because National Air Warehouse was offering a 10% discount. Their website info stakes units ship in 2-7 days. I contacted them on 7/8 about delivery because I had received no tracking info. They responded that the furnace was on back order and typically arrive within 7-10 days but could be slightly longer due to COVID-19 shutdowns. I subsequently contacted them on July 14, 22, 28 & August 5th & 12th and I still have no A/C Unit and they cannot give me an estimated time of delivery. I tried to switch out units by upgrading to other Goodman A/C's. I gave them 3 other units links for a possible exchange and they state that they are out of all of them. All this while, they have not indicated on their website that these units are out of stock and they are still entrapping customers with the 10% discount with no hope of being able to delivery the product. They did offer to switch the Goodman unit to a Rheem but that would mean giving them $600 more dollars. I'm not entirely sure if they are running a scam or they just do not care if they have a bevy of unhappy customers.
