Mosley Heating and Air has been my AC Maintenance company for over 2 years. Their responsiveness and quality of work is unparalleled. They are courteous, genuine, and willing to go above and beyond to get exactly what you want completed. They answer all your questions patiently, and consistently let you know they are just a phone call away. Eric has responded to emergency calls on his weekends/days off, and is always happy to do it. Even when they are booked out and busy, they will do their best to fit you in if you need their services- no waiting days/weeks with this company. Eric is up to date with all the latest smart thermostat technology, very tech-savvy, will give the best recommendations and install and set it up for you. When we moved, there was no doubt that we would continue to use Mosley Hearing and Air, and we even recommended them to the new owners of our previous house. I can’t say enough good things about this company, and wish every service company can take a page from their book.

Everyone we have had contact with has been very professional and responsive. I called reference a problem and it was simply that the overflow valve needed cleaning. Daniel showed me how to do it and now I will put it on my list of monthly maintenance items. Thank you Candi, Daniel and the entire staff at Moseley A/C.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Eric and his team are honest, sincere and take the time to truly listen to your issue. They don't come out for a service visit and try to sell you an entire new unit... if you need a $50 part to get it up and running and that's what they have - that is what they do. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I know my AC is getting old and he has fixed it already - but - when it truly dies, I know that the ONLY company I will call to come out and replace the entire system would be Mosley Heating & Air. Don't need a quote, I trust you already - just get it done. Highly recommend.

Mosley has been such a pleasure to work with - they are extremely responsive, fair and courteous. We’ve used them on two different occasions and both times they were on time and didn’t finish until the problem was solved. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing A/C service!

Eric Moseley and his company associates is the BEST AC company around. Their level of professionalism is 1st class. They are always there to help, and have come out same day within 1 hour of contacting them with our issue. We cannot recommend this company enough for servicing or purchasing a new AC system. Daniel was great and extremely knowledgeable. He went over and beyond to assure my unit was up and running. Kandi in dispatching was also great and very polite. I would recommend this company and definitely will be using in the future.

Update 2/2/2022 Just had a new system installed. Eric made sure everything got started and DJ and Angel were great. Very respectful and efficient, tested and cleaned up everything, and Eric stopped by at the end to make sure all was in order. Yes the air is nice and cold, much better than the old unit. Great service!
This company is by far the best provider of AC services I have ever used. They check every box! When they say they will come as soon as they can, they mean it and make it happen, all for a reasonable fee. So glad to have AC back!

Mosley Heating and Air saved us this week! They were prompt, professional and extremely responsibly priced! I would have gladly paid them double what they charged when my AC went out on a hot June day (hopefully they won’t read that part)! My parents have used Mosley for years after someone who retired from the industry recommended them. They have also been really impressed. I highly recommend them.

Extremely satisfied with the service provided this morning. Eric was both personable and knowledgeable. It’s rare to have a home service provider who seems to enjoy his work and who brings ethics and professionalism when he performs the task. Very grateful for hooking up with Mosley Heat and Air.

Mosley has been our go-to AC company for a while, and they replaced our AC system this past month (10/2020). They were thorough, professional, and efficient. We had a few issues after the install, but they were incredibly responsive each time during the tweaking period for a new AC system (this was similar to replacement in our previous home where fan speed, etc needed some adjustments). Hugely appreciate this company and the great job they do!!
