I couldn’t ask for better service 😀6/27 Had trouble with my compressor Eric Mosley came one hour after I called. Found the problem immediately and fixed it within 10 minutes. Mosley Air gives wonderful service and they are professional and fair. They are the best in Tampa and anybody who needs service on their air and heat should call them. I’ve never been so satisfied with service as I am with them. You won’t be sorry if you call them with your problems.
Inside sales gal was a pleasure to work with. The techs were timely and efficient. The unit is producing ice cold air but the air handler appears to not be pushing the air out as intended. I had the tech come back out after install, he did not have any way to measure register air temp (very odd) nor had a recommendation on how much air should be coming out of the vent. They were quick to try to leave but i asked them to stay and program the new thermostat. They failed to test the furnance, so after reminding them to do that a drain plug leak was discovered. My garage would have been a wet mess if i did not have them double check. I feel the air handler still needs adjusted, but the scheduling gal said it would be weeks to get another service call scheduled. For almost $9000 i spent, should not have had to hand hold the techs, the tech returning was not helpful at all and essentially said there was nothing he could do.
Update 07.05 - Owner Eric personally came out late last week and informed me the temp and flow coming out of the registers were within spec, however over the weekend the new system failed to keep my house under 80 during the day, which is exactly what my old 15 year old unit could do on a hot day. I called in over the fourth and was surprised to get a response (their customer service is great), and a tech on site next day over lunch. The tech plugged in and the condenser high side pressure was slightly off and he adjusted, said is should help. For a 2000 sq ft house he said at minimum a 4 ton unit should have been installed. He asked me to see how the unit operates after he adjusted the pressure before exploring to swap out with larger unit.
Got home from work to find my AC was not blowing cold air. Put a call into Mosley Heating and Air and had Eric out before I sat down for dinner. About 30 minutes later my system was blowing cold again. Would 100% recommend and will be using them again for my AC service and maintenance.
Eric came out on a Sunday to work on our system. Although he couldn’t make the repair today he worked hard and checked out every option. Had to locate a part and will return to finish the job. Very nice young man. Now we wait. Good employees like him are hard to find. He’s a keeper.

We called this morning because our blower motor went out. The secretary was very nice and had someone here within an hour. Daniel was great. He swapped out the motor in literally half an hour and was very pleasant.
Very pleased with the service. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. The gentleman arrived during the time frame I was given, he cleaned and tested my air conditioner and filter. He was neat, pleasant and professional.
Office staff was very pleasant, thorough, and professional.
I recommend Mosely and would not hesitate to use them again.
I've used Mosely Heating & Air for a couple years and they ALWAYS provide top notch service.
Over the weekend, my drain pan overflowed causing water to leak down into my ceiling. This is a common issue we have and I know how to fix it but I am currently 9 months pregnant and my partner who normally handles these types of things is out of town. I called Mosely to see if they would send anyone out. At first, the receptionist made it clear that my AC hadn't been serviced since 2021 and that was likely why it was overflowed but none the less after a small pregnancy/hormonal breakdown she agreed to see if there was a technician available to help me.
Their technician Jake came out within 30-45 minutes on his day off, not even on call and fixed my AC so quickly. He was genuinely happy to help and eased my nerves about feeling bad for calling for such a minor problem.
I recommend Mosely Heating & Air to everyone I know and every single person has a good experience with their technicians and how fast they are.
