Last Friday afternoon I noticed our AC system was struggling, I pulled the air filter out and noticed there was ice around the unit. I went to Facebook and Google for recommendations, I called another competitor, a much bigger company, who informed me that they would send a technician out the following Monday between 8 and 5. What year are we living in that you can't give me a more approximate time?
That's when I called Mosley Heating & Air and spoke with Kandi. Not only did she walk me through what to do but she had a technician scheduled to arrive at my doorstep within the hour! This was on a Friday after 4PM! Daniel showed up exactly as planned, inspected the unit, and found the source of the issue, a bad AC coil. He charged the unit up so we could be comfortable until the coil could be replaced and called Kandi with all the information to submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer. That following Monday, Kandi called me to say that everything was being taken care of and that we would have a new coil installed on Wednesday.
From beginning to end, Mosley Heating & Air was honest and hard working. They not only arrived on Friday evening after 5PM, an hour after I initially called them, but they went out of their way to communicate every step of the process. Not only will I tell all of my friends and family about Mosley but I will be a forever customer.
This company is everything! I spoke with Candy who sent out a technician on a Saturday to get us through the weekend and then he was back Monday morning to perform leak testing. When it was determined that the coil needed replacement, they were very quick to find what they needed and came back out the same day due to my concerns about my daughters comfort while going through chemo treatment here at home. Candy was amazing when she heard this. She bent over backwards to get the air back on amidst having to wait for additional parts due a change to the coil by the manufacturer and she kept in contact so we knew what the plan was and how long it might be. They even had the parts shipped overnight! Everyone I had contact with from this company has been professional, compassionate, and dedicated to getting the job done. Thank you so much!

To give context, the AC in our house went out. You can imagine how miserable that was being that it's summer in Tampa. We called Eric and he connected us with his team immediately! Marty visited our home the same day to inspect. He discovered the motor went out and we would need a special part to fix it. They were going to order the part immediately but unfortunately, we are renting and would need approval from our property management company. Marty was very thorough and so nice! However, our property management company is an absolute nightmare. They were non responsive, and if they did answer they said they would get back to us (after being on hold for hours, which they didn't get back to us for 3 days). Since it was Friday and we did not get approval, we unfortunately had to wait for a response from them until Monday. Kandi with Mosley Heating & Air, communicated with us every step of the way. Kandi even went way ABOVE AND BEYOND, she tried calling our property management multiple times to get the ball rolling. She also referred us to an agent that could help us find a new place where the property managers aren't horrific. I truly felt that everyone on the team had our best interest at heart.
In the end, I was devastated because our property management company wouldn't let us use Mosley Heating & Air. They had to have their own company come do the repairs (which left us with no AC for 8 days mind you). However, I know if it was up to the Mosley team we would have had it fixed so much sooner. Although we could not follow through with Mosley Heating & Air, I ask that everyone in the area utilize them. You will NOT be disappointed.
I love it when you work with honest people. The technician that was sent out was very professional and could have easily have said there was more problems than the existing one. He Found and fixed the problem inside of 10 minutes And church me a service call rateWhich was a very fair price. Thank you mosley if I have any other problems I will definitely be giving you a call
Eric came out on a Sunday morning to help us fix our AC unit. He was there first thing in the morning and fixed the problem within 1 hour. Great, friendly service. Highly recommend!!
20 year old attic fan seized up and needed to be replaced. Mosley Heating & Air was here next morning and installed a new one. They did a great job. Professional, on time and the techs are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
Our older system wasn't keeping up anymore and started blowing heat while cooling was selected. Eric was super helpful and even squeezed me in on a Saturday to come out and check what was going on with my system. After thoroughly reviewing and even getting my old unit up and running briefly, He was able to determine that we needed a new system because the old system would not stay running. He was able to get me scheduled with a new system install as quickly as the following Monday, which was greatly appreciated after a weekend with no AC. The install tech, Hector, showed up early and was very professional. Install went seamlessly and the new unit feels great, My home has never felt better.
Requested Mosley’s help with a dishwasher repair issue. Julio was PHENOMENAL. He reset the dishwasher and said it just needed a deep clean and refused to charge me for the service. They are so honest and so kind. Blown away with Mosley once again. They are top notch. The best there is in our are. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!!!
Daniel was punctual, personable, and knowledgeable. Repairs were done quickly, professionally and proficiently. Candy was friendly, professional, and efficient in setting up my appointments and explaining the billing ahead of time of service. I will use Mosely Heating & Air in the future and would recommend to others.
