Amazing service. Trey came out after normal business hours and got our AC back up and running so quick. We have 4 little kids and so for them to respond so quickly and be so professional meant a lot to me and my wife. Very grateful for all that Trey did and their maintenance plan was a life saver for us as we had to get a motor replaced. Great experience and great company!

Just purchased the yearly maintenance package that includes 2 PM's each 6 months plus 15% discount on repairs, and had my first visit today, 7/3. Thomas was great. He actually cared enough to want to show me what he found and explain why it's important. Customer service is not lost with this company, as it is with so many places these days, unfortunately. They stand behind their work 100%, with customer service after the sale.

Could not rate this experience high enough. We are new customers and scheduling a convenient service appointment was easy. Our technician, Tom, called to let us know he was on his way, as promised, and arrived on time. Tom was very thorough in his assessment of, and response to, our HVAC issues. We were left feeling that his objective was to take care of us (our system) by explaining what he was seeing, answering questions clearly as he worked (non-stop), and doing only what was necessary (no up-selling). Our system is now functioning beautifully, and we were left with the assurance that any issues that may arise after this visit would be addressed promptly. Tom also made self-maintenance suggestions as he was working, but by the end of this visit we asked (he did not suggest) if there was a maintenance plan available-there is, and we purchased it on sight. I have my daughter to thank for referring me to Tony Kelly (they are installing a new system for her young family), and I will be referring family and friends as well.

We've used Tony Kelly since we bought our house a couple of years ago. They're actual experts on our older geothermal system, having serviced the unit since it was installed by the previous owner, as well as providing great service and maintenance for a newer mini split that's in another part of the house. They're always friendly, totally willing to answer any questions, and always go the extra mile cheerfully. We have never had less than a stellar experience with Tony Kelly, and highly recommend them!

I really want to take time out to say thank you to Mr Lamar Levy. I was having issues with my AC unit, it was not cooling. This gentleman came up and let me express my issues about what was going on with the unit. He went through the system FULLY, before he did anything he came and broke everything down so I understood what was needed and how to take care of it from now on. AC is blowing great... he didn't rush he made me honestly feel like he was there to help and he did just that. Thank you again sir. What was a small time out your day is a great reminder that people still care.

When our air conditioning unit unexpectedly died, Tony was the first recommendation I received. They responded immediately to our request for an estimate. They provided details and options. They were extremely competitive and their customer service made them an obvious choice. We were extremely impressed with their communication about our project and they were ready when they said they would. The installers, Andrew, Derrick and Malik were professional and respectful to us and our home. They worked quickly and made sure we knew what was being done and how our system worked. I would always ask for them again for our maintenance needs. I all recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs!

Trey came out on time, was communicative, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and repair the system's issues and we were up and running same day. We will be Tony Kelly customers as long as we live in Tallahassee, and Trey is the main reason for that.

Lamar was awesome! He called before coming over and was so polite and knowledgeable. Lamar found the problem and corrected it in a timely manner. We are cool again. We are very happy that we purchased a Service Contract with Tony Kelly AC. They have excellent customer service, from the office to the field.

Just replaced our mini-split a/c for our LAN room. Andrew and Derek did a great job! Very professional and courteous. Will plan to use Tony Kelly Heating and A/C service in the future!
