We called late on a Friday afternoon. Jose was responsive in returning our call. He was also friendly and informative, helping us solve our issue over the phone at no charge. Will definitely be reaching out again if we have any other problems. Best experience with AC repair we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend.

A lot of businesses advertise, and talk about how exemplary their services are. They talk about how they take care of their customers, treat them like family etc, but when push comes to shove, and you have a repair situation that is outside of the ordinary, it's rare they actually keep their word. I have been using Tony Kelly Heating and Air for over 2 years now. They installed my unit back in 2020. Since that time, it's had a few hiccups, but EACH AND EVERY TIME they demonstrate just how outstanding they truly are. The owner Chris took time out of his busy schedule to call me, and made sure I knew they would take care of me, and the situation at hand, and he did EXACTLY what he said he would. It's a rarity to find that depth of customer service these days, especially in the repair industry. Let me assure you, with Tony Kelly Heating and Air, your business is valued. Chris, and his crew stand by their work, and are trustworthy. It simply doesn't get any better than that. Period. They set the bar, and it's a high one!! I can't thank you enough Chris. Its comforting to know there are still people in the world whose word is their vow.

Jose maintained our MiniSplit and handler. He was very professional and courteous. He praised his boss Chris and explained what he was doing while he maintained our equipment, and why. I felt part of the team, to keep my a/c at its optimal running. I like this company and look forward to seeing Jose at my next maintenance call.

Excellent service! Would highly recommend.
Trey came out to help me with our A/C and thermostat issues. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and even took the time to explain the issues to me throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone has air (or heating) issues. Thankfully, my landlord also apparently booked them for routine inspection moving forward (twice a year; something I've very much looking forward to). I'll never take cool air in this Florida heat for granted ever again.

1/12/2023: Clayton performed our maintenance this morning. He is an excellent technician! Very thorough (doesn’t just rush through a job). He is very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Very easy to work with. We gave you guys 5 stars when you installed our unit 4 years ago and we very proudly continue to give you and your technicians 5 stars today.
———————————————— 3/25/2021: Trey, and Trey, did our HVAC maintenance today, and found that our system was not operating up to its potential, due to the thermostat we had. They installed a new thermostat and now our system is functional as it should be. Trey and Trey were great to work with, as well as being very knowledgeable, polite, and courteous!! Very highly recommended Tony Kelly Heating and Air to everyone!!! 5 stars all the way around!

1/8/2019: Had our new HVAC system installed today ... We VERY highly recommend Tony Kelly Heating and Air ... very knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. Scott and Chris are WONDERFUL to deal with. Couldn't have asked for any better of an experience in having our HVAC system replaced! My husband signed the proposal on Monday and on Tuesday they were here to do the install! Excellent work done by the technicians! Great products, terrific service, very fair pricing, great maintenance plans available too!

Lamar showed up and stayed past dark to make sure the problem was figured out and taken care of. Very professional and had a great attitude.
