The service technician, Thomas, was great. Not only did he identify and fix the problem quickly but also he took the time to explain what he was doing and why and answered all my questions.

Jonathan was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. It is hard to explain how hard he worked to get my system back up and running, even the phrase above and beyond doesn’t describe the effort he put in. Also He updated me throughout the process and took the time to explain everything to me. They are fortunate to have an amazing employee like him on their staff. Great job!!!!!

I called for a check up on an unidentified noise. Trey came out the same day and fixed the problem. He was very pleasant and explained exactly what needed to be done. This is our second experience with this company.

Quentin provided the best customer service we’ve ever experienced! He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Same day call and service resulted in a repaired heating system during the 2022 Christmas arctic blast. Highly recommend this company!

My central air stopped working, they come out the next day and fixed the problem! Then a few weeks later I had a separate problem, they arrived same day and gave me a diagnosis. I tried to DIY it and could not solve the issue. So I gave them a call back and they solved the problem without charging me an arm and a leg (and without making me feel bad for attempting DIY). Thomas was my tech for the 2nd and 3rd visit, I do not recall the name of the first guy (sorry). But 10/10 I'd recommend and I will continue to give them my business.

Oh and I called at 730pm last night, someone answered and took my information then Jose called me back asap to give me some peace of mind. He helped me get someone out next day.

Cesar did an excellent job both with the most recent huac maintenance and the installation a little over year ago. Cesar was on time and walked me through every single issue I had and told the best possible way to effectively solve the issue. I recommend and would like to request Cesar from here on out. Tom Kelley did a water heater on my new house. The plumbling was good and there was no leaks. The two young men were very pleasant. The heater has worked very well since installation.

However, they quoted $1500.00 and the job cost $1800.00. Since they arrived without the correct size waterheater the job took most of the day. $1800.00 for a water heater??

Now I know why this business is so highly rated! The technician, Trey, that came out was prompt (actually he called to see if he could come early) and incredibly informed. I had my problem diagnosed and fixed within a half hour. I also had a litany of other questions as it related to heating & cooling around the house, ductwork. Why a capacitor on my outside unit seem to die every couple years etc. He answered all my questions and took extra time to walk me through a bunch of options for some additional things I’d like to have done. They’ve got my business from here on out.

We LOVE TK!! From, day one this company has ALWAYS been PROFESSIONAL!! One of my pet peeves is BAD customer service. You won’t get that with this company even though we may have been a pain 😂😂 they maintained their PROFESSIONALISM!! Thank you to Trey for ALWAYS providing professional, detailed information. Thank you to Joshua, and a few others I did not name my family and I appreciate you all. If anyone needs top notch Ac and heating services this would be the company to go with!
