Had the pleasure of having Tom as our AC Technician for our AC unit that was not cooling properly. He went above and beyond working with us to fix the issue and inform us of our options. He was very professional and did an amazing job at explaining everything that was going on with our AC. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable, on time each day, kept us up to date on their progress, cleaned up everyday (they were here for several days), and asked our opinion about various things during the installation.
