Lamar did a great job with the maintenance check. The unit needed cleaning and 2 capacitors replaced. Tony Kelly is a great company to call your next HVAC work!

Jonathan, we could not be more grateful for your responsiveness and care. Within 30 minutes of calling (on a Saturday!), he was at our front door and ready to help. He identified the problem almost instantly, and even had the replacement part in his truck. What luck! I see now why this group has a 5 star rating, if everyone is like John, they deserve it! Lamar was the service technician that showed up to service my AC unit and from the start he was courteous, cordial, professional and very knowledgeable about the unit and the task at hand. If I have another issue with my unit I will personally ask for Lamar because I feel as if I know he cares about accomplishing the task at hand.
Lamar is a real asset to the company.

Updating my review for this year. It was our first annual maintence service, and we were pleased. Lamar was friendly and professional. He identified a part that was near the end of its life so we were able to replace it before it caused the entire system to fail.

Trey did an awesome job on finding the issue with our air conditioning unit. And we learned something new how ants can interfere with it working properly. Thank so much Trey

We had Jose come out to fix our heat, since our new unit was mostly blowing cold air. Tony Kelly set up an appointment for us very quickly (same day, even though I called in the afternoon). Jose came out in the evening to help us get heat back. Once he figured out the issue and realized he would need to order a part, he offered to drive back to the warehouse to pick up some space heaters to keep our family with young kiddos warm over the weekend (it was a Friday). Since it was going to be a cold one, we took him up on it, and he made the drive even though it was already night. The heaters were a big help. Jose made sure that the order for the part was expedited, and he came back to fix the system on Tuesday. Since the unit was under warranty, we didn't owe a thing. Jose was courteous, professional, and went above and beyond. We're very happy with our service from the Tony Kelly team since we've bought our new home. I definitely recommend their services!

Jonathan was absolutely amazing. He was kind, polite, punctual and worked quickly to get our air conditioning back up and running in tip top shape. We had the pleasure of him servicing us previously and he was the same way as before. He is definitely an asset to the company!

Super friendly and even went the extra mile to talk on the phone for me when contacting a plumber since it was a plumbing issue. They also looked at a part of my dryer because that is broken too. Highly recommend. Gave four stars because I called yesterday and no one came from 2-4 Pm like they said but when they did come service was excellent.
