Tony Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning

Tony Kelly has completed repairs for our HVAC units as well as installation for our new units. They are always very professional and complete the work quickly and at a reasonable rate.

We asked Tony Kelly ac for an estimate for putting in new ductwork and vents in our attic. They sent Robert to estimate the work and we accepted. They then sent out Clayton to make careful measurements and examine the space. Chris at the company designed a custom set of plans for our space. Then a wonderful crew of very professional and well-mannered men came out and redid all the old duct work. The difference is incredible and I'm sure will add years to our central unit. When we turn on the ac or heat, it gets everything comfortable and then goes off. It doesn't run and run to get the same results. I never was aware of how important the duct system is. If you think your ac isn't performing as expected, then call Tony Kelly. They will figure out the problem and find a solution!

Trey C was the technician that responded to our call. He had 3 other repairs ahead of me but he stayed in touch the whole time. He let us know upfront the cost of the repair, he took his time and rechecked his work. Very professional, extremely positive, and did excellent work. I will not hesitate to call in the future.

We shopped around when it was time to replace our unit ... the entire process with Tony Kelly, from the first phone call to Trey handling the install was a pleasure. The 6 month service ever since has been amazing. Trey also has handled our service and maintenance and he is so knowledgeable, takes his time in explaining everything and when he leaves you feel like you’ve just done business with family. Great company, great people and just a joy to work with.

Ac started not cooling on a super hot day in August and Tony Kelly heating & air promptly sent a technician for repair. The technician Trey immediately knew what the problem was and had it repaired quickly and efficiently! I will recommend this company from now on to anyone needing repairs or maintenance to their air and heating. They are Fast, friendly and their quality of work is outstanding!!

I have had Tony Kelly as my HVAC service provider for a few years now and have been EXTREMELY pleased with all their work so far. Whenever something important breaks down at home, one sure wants to have a good, reliable, trustworthy business they can call for help/service. I feel very strongly that way with Tony Kelly whenever I’ve had a problem with my home heating and cooling system. They were recommended to me by a friend a few years ago when I had some AC troubles and I was no longer feeling comfortable with who I had been using previously. Since getting on board with TK, I have had fantastic service whenever some problem or concern has popped up with my AC. Notably, I have to give high praise to one of their technicians in particular, Jose, who I have come to know and like; his knowledge, skill, problem-solving analysis, and the attention to detail in his work, is so outstanding and he patiently answers all of the many questions I usually have because of my interest in understanding the problem. He is a person you feel so lucky to know and the big reason why I trust Tony Kelly to continue servicing our home’s AC/heating system.

I called at 8:00 a.m. and was able to get an appointment for that same day when I stated my case how urgent it was without AC for 2 days. Jose was dispatched to me and he did excellent work and was very efficient with this time on the job. I also appreciated his advice to me to sign up for the maintenance contract since my HVAC system was out of warranty. I'm happy to get a contract with this company since I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Looking forward to better maintain my main home HVAC system for a longer life.

Responded quickly and actually called and was able to come earlier than our scheduled appt. Friendly, professional, and visually explained the need for repair. Very likable staff that quickly had our AC fixed and home cooled down within 15-30 minutes. Provided reasonable options for routine maintenance plan. Even wore shoe coverings as it was raining when entering the house. Trey was outstanding. We will use them again.
