I had an after hours emergency and Caesar was my repair tech. He was so nice and diagnosed the issue and showed me how to prevent another issue! He was so calm and helpful and reassured me it was nothing I did to cause the issue! He also before he left showed me how to connect my system to the Wi-Fi and use my system as it was designed! This was above and beyond his assigned job ti fix my issue! I would recommend him to anyone he was so helpful! It’s rare these days to have an employee so willing to help! Thank you!

Where do I start? Well my ac unit stopped working and I called to get help from another company I called to help for service later to find out that was the biggest mistake ever. They told me I needed to replace the entire unit. wow that was not that great to hear then I called to have Tony and Kelly heating and air to get a second opinion because something didn't sound right. Oh and how glad I did. The technician Trey was the best... really was from start to finish initially asked for quote to replace the unit but he gave the option of letting him have a second look and if all failed funds would go towards a new unit. Let me tell you he found the issue and it was far from replacing it and took care of it fast and made me the happiest ever. Ive now hired them for scheduled maintaining and he as a person makes this company a trustworthy and reliable company. Forever grateful.

I was very pleased with Mr. Lamar service on my air conditioner. He was professional and knowledge of his work and was friendly. Your company should be very proud of an employee who has good behavior and represent you to the most high.

Wow! I was amazed at this professional service received today by Jonathan. He got right to the problem. I was without central air since before last winter. I was saving to have someone come out to my home. I used another company and in three years they had to come three times charging me between $500 and $650. So glad I went with my gut and called Tony Kelly Company. I called around 1 today and it's already blowing cool air. Thank you 😊

OMG!!! My A/C went out. Steven came to check it and fixed it until they could order one. Martin, Adam and Thomas came and installed the new one the next week. They were all so professional and courteous. Thomas even showed me how to control the thermostat from my phone. They cleaned up great upon leaving. I would definitely recommend Tony Kelly for any air and heat problems.

Steven arrived just when he said he would and serviced by HVAC System. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his business and he even found a gas leak at my gas meter! I was so very thankful that this young man took the time to pursue where the gas leak was so I could have it fixed ASAP as gas makes me a bit nervous.

We had installation of our system in 2020 by Tony Kelly . Not only was the installation seamless. The employees are informative and the cost is very fair this past week. Our ductwork collapsed. I called at 10 PM on a Friday night. Johnathan immediately responded by calling he let us know what we could do and even wanted to come out. We told him he could wait until the morning, he got out here and got the job done within an hour and a half. We are very happy with Johnathan Service, and with Tony Kelly heating and air. Thanks for keeping us cool.

Steven came on time, was very courteous, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked both units and found that a part in each one needed to be cleaned. He cleaned the parts, took pictures to show before and after and made sure I knew everything he was doing. I also needed another part and he brought it to me with his testing equipment so I could see the problem. I have always had great service from Tony Kelly Heating and Air, but today was exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs reliable HVAC service.
