Everyone we interacted with was very professional and the crew that came out conveyed everything they were going to do, so I was aware in complete detail of the plan. They were very professional, reasonable, clean, understanding, compassionate to my needs on what I wanted regarding placement of vents, and overall awesome team to work with. They performed the job with excellence and went above and beyond my expectations. Their rapid response to my issue allowed me to have air conditioning the same day. I am so grateful for this company. Hands down the best heating and air company in Tallahassee! I had quotes from six different companies and all of them were sky-high. They other sales reps were hard to understand and I was pretty sure the bulk of them were including things in the quote I didn’t need (ex: a new drainage pipe..?) to jack the price up. Finally, I stumbled upon Trey from Tony Kelly Heating and Air.
He was friendly, professional, honest, and willing to help. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. The estimate was reasonable and easy to understand. The company went the extra mile for me, due to my not being able to work during the quarantine, and found me a payment plan with NO massive financing fees, unlike the other companies.

I was able to get a new unit within a few days instead of weeks! The team that came out were professional and knowledgeable. They even cleaned up after themselves when they left, which I’m sorry to say the other companies did not. The install crew were out at the house from 9am- 7:30pm to make sure everything was hooked up and working perfectly. Any other company would have just left and come back the next day. Throughout the whole process Trey was calling making sure I was happy, the install was going well, and working out any kinks that came up, of which there were many.

All in all, if you’re looking for someone thats reliable, honest, and has a genuine willingness to help out their customers, go with Tony Kelly Heating and Air and ask for Trey. Their customer service, pricing, and warranties cant be beat. Very happy to have found them.

Technician was on time, called before arriving and was very thorough performing annual maintenance on my Heat Pump system. Will continue using Tony Kelly for all my annual and repair (if needed) maintenance work.

Mr. Lamar was very attentive to the needs of my A/C services. He took the time to answer my questions and even offered suggestions to avoiding the issue in the future.

The two technicians Andrew and Derrick, were very professional and did quality work. They also took the time to demonstrate how to use the latest state-of-the-art thermostat, and were very patient to answer all my questions. They finished a complete install of our AC and Furnace in a very timely manner.
Their sales staff, Chris was very responsive and helpful.

The guys showed up at 8 or 9 am yesterday and busted their butts until 7. From the start, they were happy to answer any and all questions i had about random things i asked. Smart, THOROUGH guys who i really felt cared about getting it done RIGHT.

There was a bad sensor at the very end of the new unit install that they didn't have with them though. Shout out to Grant Hewett who drove all the way back to the shop and brought us window units at 9:30. I hope they let him come in late this morning. I gave this man an out but without hesitation or even considering it, assured me he was just doing his job and didn't mind at all.

I was with these guys all day, they gave it their all, there's no question we picked the best AC guys in town. I hope Tony Kelly takes care of their employees because i really felt like their employee Grant went the extra mile for us last night, big time. Their shop is a long drive from our house. An easy 5 out of 5 experience for us. They hire good people at this company.
