Trane Supply

Its just sad that I can troubleshoot my own system down to a defective part but cannot order it through Trane Supply. Instead I have to call a licensed HVAC company to be robbed by service and labor charges and/or an up sell in order to get the part I need. I don't care about the warranty.

I feel it is important for buyers to know that if Trane's coil comes defective and leaks Trane"s warrantee will replace the coil but not the hundreds of dollars in lost freon nor labor even though the problem was poor manufacturing. A family member also bought a Trane and had issues with it soon after.
