AMAZING COMPANY! I have done business with Protocool Cooling Solutions twice so far and both experiences were exceptional. Chris is always professional and efficient. Chris takes the time to address all concerns and answer all questions that client's may have. He truely keeps the best interest of the client in mind. Thanks Chris! The company's products are high quality and they move VERY quickly to get your install completed. I will definitely be referring my family and friends to Protocool without hesitation.

Chris is an experienced, professional technician. He explained his actions and rationales. He also answered my questions thoroughly and was conscientious of keeping my floor clean. Most important, my air conditioning unit is working again!!

While the business didn't repair anything damage (we called them becaue our AC stopped blowing cold air after a power shortage) They did come out in a timely manner and the technician was attentive and very thorough and explained all of our concerns. He looked into everything and reassured us. We may use them in the future.

I had an issue with the flex tubing in my attic failing and Chris came out. He called me afterwards to discuss. I felt comfortable in that he was knowledgeable and further, he spoke to me in a respectful manner, he wasn't rushing, or distracted, and explained what was going on in my attic and once I understood the entire scope, explained what he felt was the best solution. Other companies only wanted to change out the bad flex tubing, but Chris proposed a solution that would upgrade my ductwork, offer more efficiency, and most important, was in code compliance. The crew was professional and I feel they went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed in the time they said they would Imagine that! In South Florida, a company doing what they say! Yes! I would highly recommend Protocool. Good job and kudos to the crew for working in the attic in August!

The team at ProtoCool does a great job from the beginning to the end of installation. All aspects of the job are explained in detail (orally and in writing). Additionally, the company provides safety features that go beyond those available through other companies. A quality product and customer service experience makes them well worth every penny!!!

As the former owner of a elevator service and installation company I know that you that most calls are when customers are in distress and need help immediately. Protocol arrived within 2 hours off my call on a Saturday and Justin could not have been more professional and helpful. Consultant Chris Pompilio was great! He took his time explaining everything and was the only one of the three major providers I called who offered three choices in his estimate based on price and equipment specifications.

This company is a TOTAL SCAM AND FRAUD!

If something is broken they will document on their report as “replaced and fixed” but in reality what they are doing is glueing the broken piece together and charging for a new one. Of course, it is a revolving scheme because you end up paying double for a complete broken piece.
