Had a wonderful experience with HI-VAC. They serviced my A/C unit. Communication from start to finish was great and the technician explained different things to consider as the unit ages. Their price was very fair for the service provided. Will use again.

Excellent, my drain pipe was clogged and my technician John listened to what I was trying to do before he got there. He also thoroughly explained what I would be getting if I opted for the service contract. I watched him, he didn't mind. The team followed up with me the next day. I feel the price for the service contract for two preventative maintenance visits was very fair. I feel the service will keep my AC in the best condition as it ages.

I was very satisfied with the team at Hi-Vac Air Conditioning. I purchased a new air conditioner for my home and from start to finish it was a smooth and seamless process. The sales team was very knowledgeable and was able to customize my quote as needed. He even showed up on installation day to check on the progress of the install. The installers were very professional. Great team work!

This is my go-to company. Fast, friendly, and trustworthy. I’ve used Hi-Vac countless times on multiple properties and the experience is always stellar. Came home from out of town to a broken AC system over the weekend. Had them out within an hour and had my capacitor replaced in minutes. The system was up and running and the house cool by the time we got back from dinner. They even called a couple days later to check on the experience and see if I needed anything else. Strongly recommend.

The AC unit was not running properly. I called Hi-Vac and left a voice message in the evening. First thing in the morning (8:00am) I received a call saying that a tech would reach out 15-30 mins before arriving. A few hours later Brandon called and was at my home within 15 mins. He assessed the problem and corrected it. He told me what to look out for and if it should happens again, to call the office. He was on top of the problem and provided solutions to correct it. He was also very professional, explained in a manner that I understood, took his time and cleaned up. I’d highly recommend Hi-Vac for installation and most definitely Brandon for service!

Scheduling was simple and our technician Robert arrived the same day very shortly after we first contacted. Robert was knowledgeable, professional and addressed all of our concerns. Would gladly recommend other to try this service. Great work, Robert!
