Justin was on time and very pleasant. He worked efficiently and explained several things about what he was doing and the status of my A/C unit. I am confident the work he did was of good quality and will use Protocool again.

Protocool did an incredible job with my AC maintenance. I can breathe so much better now. It is obvious that the other company I had been using was NOT cleaning the drip pan properly. And I ended up paying the price by experiencing nasty allergy issues. SO glad I called Protocool! They are a little more expensive but worth EVERY penny!

He quickly determined the problem and fixed it fast! Even those in the office over the phone were so helpful and kind. Ac stopped working Monday morning, called protocool right away, they came by the same day in the afternoon to check what was wrong and realized it was the motor, they came by Tuesday with the new motor and installed it. The repair itself took no longer than 10min. Ac working great once again.

Justin Introduced himself make sure you wear though foot cover before you enter the house . He listen what I have to say about the air condition and explain everything what is doing what is going on what’s wrong show me and then you check outside the unit unit also and show me what is wrong and what’s going on and he went above and beyond same is Laurie went above and beyond I am thankful to God he put Laurie and Justin to help me today I am very grateful and Appreciate all the help.

Excellent from A to Z. From the office staff to the technician, all went out of their way yo quickly and efficiently solve the problem.

Technician unlocked my thermostat in 5 secs and I was charged $215 dollars.. a ripe off. The person in the office never told me they don’t take checks and when I wrote a check they debited the money from my account and then cashed the check… $430 dollars!!!!!!!

This is a case of trying to stick it to the customer because I wrote a check????

Dishonest as hell and then I called and now they are sending me a check because they realized it was duplicated. Bologna!!!!!

This company didn’t have the decency to call and say “our apologies”…. Folks work hard for their money and you double charge me????

Crucial mistake

A/C went out Saturday afternoon did not know who to call so I took a chance and called PROTOCOOL, from the first phone call with Lori she said they would be out that evening. Tech Justin came out about 7:30 worked even in the dark fixed the problem in no time. Both were very professional and customer service was the best. Pricing was the best I've experienced in an emergency, PROTOCOOL has earned a life time customer thank you both so much. I would highly recommend this company.
