I had used the heat for a couple days. When I turned the AC back on it wasn’t cooling properly. Kyle came out, found the capacitor that wasn’t working and got it system up and going. He even cleaned the air exchange vent in the house for me.
But here is what I most appreciated. He answered all my questions and explained in detail what I needed and wanted to know. If I needed more information he had it. I had questions about filters and air quality. He had answers. He is not a high pressure salesperson. Not at all. He left me information, explained it and the next move is up to me. I really appreciate his attitude, knowledge, and interest in heathy air quality for the homeowner. I am a satisfied customer.

I'd had 2 other companies check the a/c system and they both came back within minutes with quotes of several thousands of dollars with little to no explanation. Kyle asked me questions- which to me is huge! How can a solution be given without 1st knowing the problem? Once he assessed the issue(s) he explained my options to me and made a plan for follow up. I'd refer Kyle and A/C Authority to anyone needing hvac assistance. Great company, with great people.

I have been struggling to find an AC service provider that I have confidence in. The firm I've been using for decades has had recent issues with quality control that have resulted in water damage in my home. My search is over. Kyle at AC Authority is not only contientious and knowledgeable but also he checks his work with the discipline of an engineer commisioning a building. I love that we share a passion for indoor air quality and had a chance to discuss building performance and indoor air quality issues. I'm fussy. Took the AC licensing exam and qualified. Former member of ASHRAE. Studied under the Guru's at "Affordable Comfort" and "The Comfort Institute." In addition, as a former Energy Rater I have a strong background in the building sciences. AC Authority is the only firm that gets through my front door. Highly recommended. A boutique shop....OF EXPERTS.

Kyle came by to do an estimate to replace my almost 20 year old a/c unit. After running some tests with his digital testing equipment, He determined that, other than the fact that the refrigerant level was low, my unit was still suprisingly efficient considering the age. He topped off the refrigerant (2lbs) without charging me and will be sending a quote. His honesty, knowledge, and professionalism was very impressive.

Had my A/C shut down after a power outage. Checked everything I could on my own, but breakers and fuses were good and everything seemed to be in order. I lost my A/C when the weather here in Port Saint Lucie, Florida was doing a major rise!!!
Like 90* and above. I had called A/C Authority previously when I had A/C trouble. so Kyle and Crystal were well aware of the intensity
of the A/C issues!!! We finally realized that there were more issues than originally thought!!
Crystal went over a beyond the call of duty in working out the warranty issues!! She was determined to get the result she wanted. I would NOT call another A/C company!
They are fast, determined, trustworthy, honest to the core, and extremely thorough, and pleasant to work with!!!!!

My AC broke down and had to be replaced ASAP. Kyle was very informative on what AC to pick and answered all my questions. His team did a great job in installing the new AC (two days after the old one broke) without any trouble (his team took great care during the COVID pandemic by wearing personal care equipment). I would highly recommend his team.

Kyle installed my A/C a year ago and did a great job. Just recently I had a problem with my new thermostat and again called Kyle. He arrived within the hour and solved the problem in less than a minute. Great job.
