Kyle is the perfect professional he is informative patient and one of the best mechanics working. It was almost like you had your own brother-in-law helping you because he just did the job while he was describing what he was doing and came in at the perfect price point there was no one else I would ever consider after he worked on the unit

A/C Authority is amazing! I can't say enough about them. Kyle is a true professional and takes great pride in doing the job correctly. My old a/c unit finally broke down and required a $3000+ repair, so I opted to have a new unit installed.

Kyle and his crew were very professional, finished the job in 1 day dispite the difficult location of the air handler. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. The installation is very clean and exterior pipes and wires are now protected from the landscapers!

Kyle takes the time to explain things and has an unbelievable amount of product knowledge. He never seems like he's in a rush and never made me feel like I was bothering him with questions or concerns (like a lot of contractors do). He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

I will only be using A/C Authority for my future A/C needs!

The biggest takeaway for me was the high bar Kyle has set for both HVAC techs and businesses with their overall level of communication and transparency. Before, during and after the service call I was being informed about every step in the process and even every single element involved. Although my retention of the tech stuff is quickly dwindling, I still feel hyper confident that we were properly taken care of as a customer.

I will absolutely, without hesitation, be reaching out to A/C Authority in the future should we ever need to!
