A/C Authority Inc.

So we were having problems with our drain line and coil in a 6 year old A/C. Kyle with A/C authority was known to my husband through the gym so he called him. Kyle came to our house to repair the A/C and informed us that we needed to replace the A/C. Okay Kyle...Installed a brand new A/C and we paid for 10 year warranty. New A/C and we're still having the problem. Just last night no A/C again in the middle of the summer. They want t to come out in two days. Imagine 90+ degree weather, New A/C and we're expected by Crystal & Kyle to wait 2 days. In addition, Crystal is telling us they're not responsible for the problem we're having? REALLY! Kyle came for this very reason of which we supposedly have no air conditioning. Next stop Better Business Bureau, DBPR whomever we have to contact. There is no excuse for this unless someone doesn't know what they're doing. I am now questioning whether or not we even needed to replace the A/C to begin with. Same problem--new A/C. Even more peculiar is that you're given the impression Kyle is the license holder and he is not. Do not recommend. Complaint has been filed with the DBPR. Now as you can see by their response, the company wants to abandon our problem. $6,000 paid for the upgraded 10 year warranty with labor & materials to be abandoned by this company.

I always enjoy when Kyle comes to my home to do the maintenance on the A/C. He is so knowledgeable and explains everything to me. I really appreciate companies like that and highly recommend them to anyone who needs Air Conditioning service.

Great people. I scheduled my appointment via their website and they are very responsive. Easy communication.. tech was very professional and informative. I never felt like they tried to take advantage of me as I don't know much of HVAC systems. I will be using their services for any of my home AC system issues in the future.

This is an outstanding company. My air went out completely. They were here the next day to install a new system. Kyle came back the next day and replaced the new thermostat since it wasn’t working correctly. Superior service!
